Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner were candid about their cosmetic procedures on Keeping Up With The Kardashians: Final Curtain Part 2.
Host Andy Cohen asked Kardashian to set the record straight on her seemingly changing appearance.
The 36-year-old admitted she has had a nose job and a couple of "tweakments."
"I've had one nose job-- Dr. Raj Kanodia," she revealed.
"And everyone gets so upset. Like, why don't I talk about it? No one's ever asked me. You're the first person in an interview that's ever asked me about my nose."
"I've done, sure, injections. Not really Botox. I've responded horribly to Botox," Khloé candidly added.
The conversation started after Andy asked if she felt like sisters Kim and Kourtney Kardashian received "preferential treatment because of the way they looked."
To which Khloé replied: "Oh 100 percent."
"We did so many photoshoots where they would receive racks of clothes and I was told by so many different stylists — I was given about two or three pieces of clothing, that's it — 'not to worry because I'd be in the background anyways."'
"It was never a question it was a fact and it was very blatant," she added as she talked about her long standing issues with her body.
Bravo host Cohen then asked Kylie if her "lips and [her] insecurities around them helped catapult [her] into the beauty industry."
"For sure. I think my love for makeup started with my insecurity with my lips," Kylie admitted.
"I had really small lips, and I didn't ever think about it until I had one of my first kisses and a guy said to me, 'Oh my God, you're such a good kisser, but you have such small lips,' or something like that," she said. "From then on, I felt unkissable."
"I had an insecurity because this guy said something to me one time,' she continued. 'Then I got an obsession with makeup because I would overline my lips and it just made me feel confident."
While she's admitted to getting lip injections to plump her pout, Kylie has denied getting any other plastic surgery.
Fans have blasted Kylie's mom and manager Kris Jenner for not "instilling confidence" in her.
"The sadder thing to me is that someone has created a successful brand with the foundation that 'a boy made me feel self conscious about my looks so I had surgery to change.' Why wouldn't Kris stop her?" one fan wrote online.
"She should have left her face alone. How can her mom just sit back and let her talk about herself like this?" a shady comment read.
"Kris Jenner should be absolutely ashamed at how she brought up all of her children," a third commented.
