Today she is arguably one of the most successful female singers in the world. But her success goes beyond music. If you've seen the 2018 movie A Star Is Born, then you know that she has successfully crossed over into the movie industry as well. And she's not a stranger to the fashion industry as well — after all, extravagant outfits are her thing. She really is a woman of many talents.

Here are 10 of Lady Gaga's biggest career achievements.

10 Bad Romance Was The Most Viewed Video On YouTube

When she released the iconic "Bad Romance" video in November 2009, it was clear that her artistry was like no one else's. Everybody was talking about the video — some were praising the visuals and the iconic ra-ra choreography, while others were looking for hidden Illuminati clues (back in the day people were really into those theories). At one point, "Bad Romance" held the record for the most viewed video on Youtube.

8 Her "Sound Of Music" Tribute Left Many Of Us Speechless

In 2015, Lady Gaga was asked to perform a Sound of Music medley to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the release of the iconic film. Of course, she did an amazing job as always. She even sang in the original key as Julie Andrews, who by the way, loved the performance. She told Billboard: "I've always been a fan [of Gaga] but she just knocked it out of the ballpark that night. I was thrilled by her and for her. I thought it was so lovely."

7 "Til It Happens to You" At The Oscars 2016

One year after the Sound of Music medley performance, Gaga took the Oscar stage once more. This time she performed her touching Oscar-nominated song "Til It Happens to You" and was joined by numerous sexual assault survivors on the stage. And even though she lost the Oscar that night, many agree that she won the audience with her powerful performance.

6 She Starred In The Remake Of "A Star Is Born"

In 2018, Lady Gaga, alongside Bradly Cooper, starred in the remake of the musical drama A Star Is Born. Having grossed over $436 million worldwide and getting praise from the critics, the movie was considered a huge success. Gaga and Bradley's chemistry felt so authentic that they had fooled half of the world into thinking that they're in love with each other.

This time she took the stage at the inauguration of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, where she performed America's national anthem, "The Star-Spangled Banner". Needless to say, she did an amazing job and proved, once again, that she is a vocal powerhouse and a legend who will go down in history as one of the most versatile artists ever.

2 Her Power Ballad "Shallow" Became The Most Awarded Song Ever

The moment "Shallow" was released, everybody knew that this song was going to be a big hit. And honesty, calling it a "big" hit is an understatement — this song was huge, massive, almost unavoidable. You couldn't turn on the radio without hearing it, you couldn't go to a mall without it playing in the background, and let's not even talk about all the covers on talent shows such as The Voice. In addition, "Shallow" was very popular at award shows. It actually swept almost every major award, and eventually became the most awarded song in history.

1 She Became The First Woman In History To Win 4 Major Awards In The Same Year

2019 was a really good year for Mother Monster. Thanks to the A Star Is Born movie and its accompanying soundtrack, Gaga broke many records and won numerous prestigious awards. She won an Oscar, Grammy, BAFTA, and Golden Globe in the same year, and became the first woman ever, and only the second person in history, to do so. Not only that but she was the first person ever to get Oscar nominations for both Best Actress and Best Original Song in the same year.
