Hiring A Nanny Doesn't Always Work For Hollywood Celebs

Given their hectic lifestyles, it only makes sense that the rich and famous in Hollywood would opt for a nanny, to get some extra help. Props to the likes of Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, who decided to embrace the process without a nanny. However, that usually is not the case.

Hiring a nanny does not guarantee longevity, that was especially apparent with J-Lo, who lost several nannies due to her demanding schedule. Madonna Isn't Easy To Work With, According To Former Employees

With a net worth of $850 million, Madonna doesn't shy away from enjoying the finer things in life. That is especially evident when she performs. Her list of demands backstage seem to be endless and kind of outrageous. As if the list isn't hard enough, Madonna also travels with quite the entourage.

MTV highlighted some of Madonna's backstage demands. "Her backstage demands reportedly include a strictly vegan menu – which, unless things changed recently, is also suspect, because Madonna is not vegan."

MTV continues, "Additionally, the Queen of Pop would like there to be 20 international phone lines in her dressing room, for the furniture to be "draped in a special fabric" and decorated with lilies and white and pink roses with their stems cut to exactly six inches."

Quite the list of demands, and this doesn't mention catering to Madonna's massive entourage. Madonna's neighbors are well aware of her entourage, given that the pop icon has faced noise complaints in the past.

Given such a lifestyle and demanding schedule, it only made sense that Madonna would opt for a nanny but once again, that didn't work out all too well.

Madonna Was One Step Ahead Of Her Adopted Son's Nanny, Firing Her Before Getting The Chance To Quit

According to Daily Mail, Madonna's nanny was set to hand in her notice, however, the icon had other plans, firing the nanny before the notice period. The nanny, who's name is Angela, was heartbroken by the process.

"Angela is distraught. Madonna told her the news two hours before she was due to go on her annual month-long leave. Angela was incredibly upset and very surprised because she had been told that Madonna is due to adopt a second baby from Malawi very soon," the source revealed with Daily Mail.

The source further claims that Madonna was livid over her request, so she decided to fire her before. The source also noted that working ridiculous hours for Madonna was not only common for her nanny, but a lot of the employees.

"All Madonna’s employees work incredibly long hours, so it’s no surprise that Angela had had enough. If you work for Madonna you are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There’s no such thing as a weekend."

Madonna's team decided to keep quiet on the issue and just ensured that all the kids were doing well and getting taken care of properly.
