WandaVision spoilers below!

Any Marvel fan who has been watching WandaVision, knows everything that happens in the "Westview anomaly" has a reason behind it. The show follows Wanda and Vision as they live out their suburban couple dreams against the backdrop of sitcoms, and is set after the events of Avengers: Endgame.

Needless to say, Wanda aka Scarlet Witch is grief-stricken after the death of Marvel's fan-favourite android, and she has used her powers to bring The Vision back, and conjured a new town they can call home.

Dottie Will Return In Episode 7

The series stars Buffy the Vampire Slayer actor Emma Caulfield as Dottie, a friend of Wanda and Vision's nosy neighbour Agnes. Wanda is warned about Dottie's influence in Westview in the second episode of the show, which is a bit puzzling, since she's the one who controls them all.

The most recent, sixth episode of WandaVision revealed that Dottie wasn't identified as a real person at the SWORD base, and wasn't being tracked by them. It has confused the already-confused fans of the show, who have many theories about her true identity.

Dottie hasn't returned in the show since her appearance in episode 2, but actor Emma Caulfield has given fans reason to believe that she'll be back...this Friday.

"Where is Dottie?" Caulfield shared to Twitter, and fans were quick to respond with their theories about the character.

@graciellafound shared a leaked still from the next episode of WandaVision, where Dottie is seen looking more suspicious than usual, as she tends to her garden.

Another user, @Matthew93213112 shared that Marvel would never have hired the actor for a short appearance.

"She's definitely up to no good. I feel like they've had us focusing on Agnes while Dottie is off preparing something big. We get introduced to her, then she vanishes and we're all "ooh, Agnes has no real world ID". Forgetting that Dottie doesn't even have a photo up there," they said.

@xixuefu believes "either Dottie and Pietro are both Mephisto or one is Mephisto and the other is Nightmare."

Mephisto and Nightmare are both Marvel super villains. Although Nightmare is mainly depicted as an enemy of Doctor Strange, Mephisto has a connection with Wanda in the comics, since he helped create her children.
