After Fox and Austin Green's first child was born in 2012, Megan spoke to the Daily Mirror. During the resulting conversation, Fox was willing to admit to struggling after giving birth.

Unfortunately, since people often harshly judge other parents, a lot of people are reluctant to be open about how hard being a parent can be. To Fox's credit, however, she was willing to be open about how much she struggled after her first child with Austin Green was born.

"Having an infant is difficult. It's a lot of work and I didn't hire any help because I overestimated my own abilities. I had no idea how difficult babies could be, so Brian and I were exhausted. You never sleep and you're awake all night and your entire life is devoted to this little thing that needs you constantly."

On top of talking about how much she was struggling, Fox was also willing to admit that she needed help. According to Fox, she told Austin Green that they needed to get a nanny for their marriage to survive the emotional toll they both were going through at that time.

"Two weeks ago I said to Brian, 'We have to get a night nurse or we're going to get a divorce because somebody's got to sleep in this house or we're going to kill each other.'"

Clearly things worked out for them after they got some help since Fox and Austin Green would go on to have two more children.
