The This Is Us star appeared on a recent episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, where he answered a series of rapid fire questions.
Milo Ventimiglia Had A Major Crush On 'Charmed' Star Alyssa Milano
"First celebrity crush?” Barrymore asked the actor.
“I think it might have been Alyssa Milano or somebody from Saved By The Bell,” Ventimiglia replied.
“I had a crush on her,” Barrymore added.
Ventimiglia and Milano, known for playing Phoebe Halliwell on the original Charmed series, are good friends in real life. The two starred together in 2008 crime-horror movie Pathology, where they play a couple engaged to be married.
The actress has even named her first son after Ventimiglia. Milo Thomas, now 8, is the actress’ first kid with her husband, agent David Bugliari. The pair also has a 5-year-old daughter, Elizabella Dylan.
In an interview with People, Milano explained why she decided to name her son after the Gilmore Girls star. Milano credited Ventimiglia for her relationship with Bugliari, which she wasn’t sure to pursue at first.
“I used to confide in Milo Ventimiglia and say, ‘Is that weird if I date an agent that’s at my agency?’ and he was very, like, ‘No, if you’re compatible, you should go for it,’ ” Milano said in 2017.
“So I feel like he was responsible for my husband and [me] getting together,” she continued.
She then added: “I loved that name, but when Milo was born, he just looked like a Milo to me and I thought it would be a lovely homage to Milo Ventimiglia for encouraging me to find my love.”

Ventimiglia has received three Emmy nods for his performance as Jack Pearson on NBC drama, This Is Us.
Now in its fifth season, the family drama created by Dan Fogelman revolves around the Pearsons: Jack, his wife Rebecca, played by Mandy Moore, and their three children, followed by the camera in different timeframes.
The critically acclaimed series was nominated for ten Emmys in 2017, with Sterling K. Brown winning the award for the role of adult Randall Pearson, one of Jack and Rebecca’s children.
