The show 'Modern Family' was monumental for so many reasons, but fans largely appreciated it because of the star-studded cast. Not to mention, the show seemed like a turning point for diversity and representation in the media.

Plus, new celebs rose to fame after appearing on the show.

Life was vastly different for Ariel Winter pre-'Modern Family,' with fans recognizing her on the street and paparazzi tracking her down. And she wasn't the only cast member whose daily life changed with fame. The show helped Sarah Hyland earn part of her $14 million net worth, too, even though she'd already been active in Hollywood for years.

But perhaps the most noticeable changes happened with the show's younger actors.

Lily, for example, was portrayed by Aubrey Anderson-Emmons from seasons three through 11. In the first two seasons, Lily Tucker-Pritchett, like many other infant characters, was portrayed by a set of twins.

Jaden Hiller and Ella Hiller have credits as Lily for seasons one and two, but then Aubrey was cast in the role. After that? She basically grew up on screen!

Aubrey is 13 now, and she's actually Korean-American (on the show, Lily is from Vietnam). Her mom is a comedian who was adopted from Seoul as a child. Amy Anderson's time on stage may have inspired her daughter to pursue similar passions (Aubrey's dad is an entrepreneur, and her parents have split).

So maybe it's not a surprise that even before she reached her tween years, Aubrey was earning accolades for her acting chops.

In fact, when she was only four, Aubrey received the Screen Actors Guild Award, explained ABC. The young starlet has also dedicated plenty of time to philanthropy, though she plans to pursue theater, hoping to become a Broadway star, notes the network.

These days, Aubrey is blazing her own path, though her start is thanks to 'Modern Family.' She also hasn't forgotten where she came from, frequently sharing throwbacks to her time on TV.

As her Instagram showcases, Aubrey spends her time learning ballroom dance, doing makeup tutorials for charity, swimming, and homeschooling (she and her mom were featured in a New York Times article on the subject).

Of course, like any other teen, Aubrey's also spending a lot of time making TikTok videos with her friends. Her followers are all over it though, including the ones who watched the young star's rise on 'Modern Family.'

And as fans are bingeing every episode of the show these days, Aubrey's earning even more followers by the day. The best part is, she's all about doing good and inspiring her followers, much like the cast of 'Modern Family' hoped to do by embodying a more diverse modern family.
