There is something about reality TV that is so addictive. Seeing people do crazy things in their day to day life is somehow just the most interesting thing to watch. Some of the best reality TV shows include romances. Watching couples talk their way through arguments and disagreements is cool but the couples who have landed on this list only got their spot for being toxic!

There was never much talking that took place between these couples when an argument popped up... it was more of a bunch of yelling and sometimes, unfortunately, even hitting. Some of these couples were worse than others but they were all very interesting to watch for the most part. Hopefully, everyone has made peace with each other by now or moved on to someone they can be in healthier relationships with!

9 Jessica & Mark - Love Is Blind

Jessica and Mark got married after "falling for each other" before laying eyes on each other. They joined a social experiment where they had to see if they could develop real emotional feelings for someone based on personality alone. When they finally saw each other in person, Jessica wasn't pleased with his height or age and she vocalized that.

They ended up dragging out their relationship much longer than they needed to. It is speculated that she kept it going despite her lack of interest in Mark so that she could get more camera time.

8 Chloe & Kori - Too Hot To Handle

On Too Hot to Handle, Chloe and Kori never actually entered into a real relationship but Chloe's intention was for something to develop with Kori. She pursued him heavily when he first arrived at the island and the flirtations were definitely there between them.

He led her on as if he was equally invested but in reality, he wanted to stir the pot and go after another girl on the island who was already coupled up with someone else. He went after Francesa leaving Harry to worry and wonder... and leaving Chloe to get pissed off!

7 Gurki & Justin - Dating Around

Gurki and Justin met for one blind date on Dating Around and things never went farther than that for them. He ended up being a total jerk. Calling him a jerk is putting it lightly because there are plenty of worse names we could use for him. He judged her for getting married at a young age and then getting divorced. Lots of people get married between the ages of 18 and 22 and then get a bit older & realize that they made a mistake. Those people should not be crucified for it!

Justin rudely and abrasively yelled at Gurki and came at her totally foul. He made himself so unlikable which is a bummer because he is a good looking guy. No woman in good conscious should agree to go on a date with someone like him... Gurki didn't know, though, because she was on a blind date with him.

6 Kourtney & Scott - Keeping Up With The Kardashians

Scott and Kourtney were pretty toxic together because they kept going through so many disputes all the time. They never seemed to be on the same page... ever. Even after having three kids together, they always continued to fight. These days, they seem to have the whole co-parenting thing down.

They have both matured and changed their perspective on each other which is great! But back in the day when the cameras were rolling on their relationship for Keeping Up With the Kardashians, it was pretty bad between them.

5 Diamond & Carlton - Love Is Blind

Diamond and Carlton seemed to be really getting along well after meeting each other on Love is Blind. They liked each other before even seeing each other because they had to start off their communication inside separate pods. When they saw each other in person, they still liked each other just as much.

Sadly, when she found out that he had a past of hooking up with guys, she said she needed time to think about their future. He ended up cursing her out and insulting her. She broke things off permanently.

4 Matt & Amber - Married At First Sight

This couple is definitely no longer together. Amber and Matt got married on the same day that they met each other for a reality TV show and while she fell head over heels for him, he did not feel the same way at all. He cheated on her pretty much the entire time they were together.

She discovered that he was stepping out on her with other women when he left his wedding ring at home and disappeared for entire nights in a row. Then one of her close friends told her that Matt was for sure hooking up with someone else.

3 Spencer & Heidi - The Hills

Spencer definitely loves Heidi. There is no doubt about that. But he also ruined every friendship and family connection she had (while they were filming The Hills) in order to keep her to himself. He socially isolated her and controlled her on more than one occasion.

His passion and desire to keep her to himself is beyond manipulative but Heidi was never able to set up strong enough boundaries to maintain her relationship with him and also have a social life outside of the relationship. She lost her best friend, Lauren Conrad, and she had strained relationships with her mother and sister for a while as well.

2 Amber & Gary - Teen Mom OG

Amber and Gary were part of Teen Moms OG and they fought... a lot. Whether the cameras were there filming or not, they fought. They had an off-and-on relationship for years but decided to officially part ways in 2013. In 2016, they finally were able to end their custody battle.

He ended up winning custody of their daughter, Leah. Amber had to agree to pay child support. The court battle obviously did not turn out the way Amber wanted as their fights were often caught on camera and it didn't look great to a judge.

1 Ronnie & Sammi - Jersey Shore

Ronnie and Sammi take first place when it comes to toxic reality TV couples. They come to us straight from Jersey Shore. They fell for each other but he was constantly being shady behind her back with other girls. Their relationship ended up getting violent and physically abusive.

He destroyed all of her property at one point and she punched him in the face at another point. They would push and shove each other and have to be held apart by their housemates. They had no business staying together as long as they did. These days they have both moved on.
