Isolation is starting to take its toll on everyone, and celebrities aren't exempt. We're all feeling a tad stressed out, and perhaps more than just a little bit frustrated by being stuck inside.
Naomi Watts was having an especially bad day, and she vented to fans about what seems to be some pretty terrible luck. All her domestic help has been released from work duties due to the pandemic, and have gone into quarantine with their families. She's left to her own devices... and all her appliances are breaking.
Everything Is Breaking!
Watts totally lost her cool on social media. Everything seems to be going wrong for her at the same time and it appears to be too much for her to handle. All at once, her printer, vacuum and dishwasher all broke down. Ouch!
This would be a difficult situation to manage on the average day, but with everything closed and repair-men reluctant to enter peoples' homes, this has her in a bit of a pickle. Not to mention - she's just not used to dealing with this stuff on her own.
Naomi Goes Bonkers
When we say she had an epic meltdown, we aren't exaggerating. Watts took to social media to express her extreme stress levels. She's been in isolation for 3 weeks, and she seems to have totally lost it.
Daily Mail reports that she posted a slow motion video of her meltdown. She can be seen thrashing her head violently and screaming hysterically. She's in a clear fit of rage, accompanied by the background sounds of lions roaring.
Wonderwall reported on her social media post, quoting her as writing; "Quarantine Day #756: When your printer, vacuum cleaner and dishwasher all break in the same day.... #ffs."
Celebrity Compassion
Naomi's big-name celebrity friends rushed to her rescue by posting their support on social media. Julianne Moore weighed in by posting; "bad news", and actress Marsha Stephanie Blake added: "Noooooooooooo!! I'm feeling this pain! Sending love (and a fix-it person in a hazmat suit?)."
We're pretty sure she can afford to buy new appliances, but the meltdown definitely depicts what a lot of us are feeling right now too!
