It's not easy being the king of Hell. Based on a DC Comic series and characters developed in part by Neil Gaiman, Lucifer follows the escapades of Lucifer Morningstar, expertly brought to life by Tom Ellis. Tired of his life in the Underworld, Lucifer leaves Hell to live a life of hedonism in Los Angeles, until he meets a detective named Chloe Decker.
Though the series has faced cancellation, it has remained highly popular due to its stellar cast and quality writing. Netflix brought the show back from the dead and bought the show from FOX after they canceled it in season 3. It is currently set to end for good after its sixth season.
