For many people, Omari Hardwick is an actor that they have seen perform in a number of television shows and movies. Hardwick has worked closely with 50 Cent on the series Power, which has featured a number of talented performers. Not only that, but Hardwick was also featured in the underrated film Kick-Ass, which was a refreshing take on the superhero genre.

While Hardwick is known to many people around the world, his family remains a mystery. He has done an exceptional job in making sure that his private life remains as private as possible, but there have been some interesting details that have emerged about his wife and children. Though it’s nothing as juicy as say a Kardashian rumor, it is still something that makes the actor seem a bit more relatable.

So, who are Omari Hardwick’s wife and kids? Let’s shine a light on his family and see who they are!

Meet His Wife, Jennifer

Omari Hardwick’s time in the entertainment industry has been chugging along nicely since making his debut back in the 2000s, and his wife has been a backbone in his life and a rock that has kept him grounded and motivated.

For the last 8 years, Omari and Jennifer have been happily married, and they have been able to make things work. Jennifer wasn’t always strolling the red carpet with her husband, and back in the day, she was busy getting an education and making her own way.

In a write-up, Oprah Magazine would note, “Pfautch attended California Lutheran University, where she was a communications major, and interned at NBC’s Primetime Entertainment Publicity Department in Burbank, California during her time in college back in 2004.”

Jennifer did get some experience in the industry, eventually working for CAA, according to the write-up, but she was not someone that was looking to become a red carpet regular.

Amazingly, Jennifer has had a hand in the way Omari’s career has turned out. When he was considering the role on Power, he wasn’t totally sold on it. Thankfully, his wife had an influence on his decision.

She would tell Ebony, “I wouldn’t say I convinced him to take the role [in Power], per se. His soul knew it was time to embrace what God had for him career wise, and in order to do that, the role of Ghost was the next step in that process. I honestly said very little; just enough to remind him of his call and his purpose.”

While a wife is nice, children certainly help make a family feel complete.

Nova Makes Three

In 2012, Omari Hardwick and Jennifer Pfautch married, and it would not take long for the two of them to bring a child into the world.

One year after the pair tied the knot, the pair would welcome daughter Nova to the family, according to People. The pair were incredibly excited to become parents, as they had tried in the past to have children. Omari does have a child from a previous relationship, according to Watt Pad, but Nova was the first that he had with his wife.

During their first attempt at having a child, Omari and Jennifer would lose their baby, and this caused a massive strain on their relationship. Thankfully, Terry Crews would have a hand in the couple remaining strong, and they would eventually get to bring Nova into the world.

Now that the pair had a child, they were more than happy to enjoy some family time while Omari was filming Power. Of course, things would change a few years later as another little one was ready to enter the picture.

Brave Rounds Out The Clan

After Nova came into the world and turned the dynamic duo into a trio, things were great for the Hardwick clan. Just a couple of years later, the family would be officially rounded out as another child made his way into the home.

Omari and his wife would talk to People and make an official announcement for the world to enjoy.

They would tell People, “We are beyond excited to announce that we are expecting our second child. We look forward to welcoming baby Hardwick No. 2!”

This news made its rounds in the media, as Power was a success at this point and Omari was a bigger star than ever. The couple would eventually welcome their first boy, Brave, into the world, making their family just a little bit bigger.

Fatherhood and marriage can have a profound impact on someone, and Omari has opened up about fatherhood in the past. While he is still largely private, his words about parenting were still interesting to hear.

When speaking with Rolling Out, Hardwick would say, “To be a father is to be the patriarch of your household. (...) I was fortunate because my pops was in my life and both of my grandfathers were in my life."
