Paris Hilton has purchased yet another multi-million dollar house, but this time it's in Malibu.Although she's no stranger to the luxury lifestyle of California, this new place that she bought with her then fiancé Carter Reum has a more toned-down vibe than what she's used to in Beverly Hills.Let's find out how the home looks and who she bought it from for millions.

Paris Hilton's New House Has Great Features And Amenities

Paris Hilton's new place of residence was built in 1955 but received a much-needed contemporary interior and exterior upgrade in the 90s.

Although some of the untouched features are considered vintage now, they give the house a sense of warmth and soul. According to Dirt, the estate also features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with dual vanities and glass door showers, plus a fireplace and an outdoor jacuzzi, just to name a few. The overall size of the house is nearly 3,000 square feet (2,968 square feet to be exact) and was bought at $8.4 million. Some of her wealthy neighbors include Candy Spelling, Fashion Nova CEO Richard Saghian, and "Bosch" creator Michael Connelly.

Fans have commented on the purchase and the house on the Dirt article with both enthusiasm and words of caution in terms of the house being so close to the main neighborhood street.

One fan was quoted saying, "Lovely house. They’ll probably annihilate & replace the tragic stonework in bathroom, kitchen and banisters, and reface the boring kitchen cabinets as well. The non-built-in outdoor jacuzzi’s not just a little ‘aftermarket’ looking–maybe they’ll redo that to be integrated as a surface-height built-in instead. Otherwise, great harmonious MCM looking bones. The electric lines along the “sidewalk” ruin curb appeal though. Interesting how, with gazillion dollar homes lining PCH, residents haven’t yet lobbied the city to put those bad boys underground!"

Another fan was quoted saying, "I’m loving this house! Hopefully, one is not terribly aware of the traffic noises. Otherwise, the house looks ready to move into and wonderfully low maintenance."

Paris Hilton Has Shot Her Netflix Cooking Show From Her New Malibu Kitchen

With salmon colored travertine and rounded-edge granite kitchen countertops, it's the perfect set for Paris's new shot-at-home Netflix show "Cooking With Paris."

With only one season on the streaming site, fans have already binge-watched it and are waiting eagerly for season 2. The ocean front deck in the back of her house is where she can be found posting on Instagram when she's not out traveling the world and performing her art in the form on DJing at clubs in Los Angeles and New York City.

Her back deck is also where she filmed some of her promo-video for her cooking show, along with glamorous shots of her on the beach. There really is nothing quite like an ocean front view right from your own backyard.

Paris Hilton Bought The House From The Late Tom Pollock

Paris Hilton and Carter Reum purchased the estate from Tom Pollock, the late former president of Universal Pictures. Approximately 14 years prior, the property was bought by Pollock for the exact same price. This means that the property seller lost a significant amount of money when the couple bought the house in 2021.

The total loss was estimated to be somewhere in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.

In an episode of "Cooking With Paris", she opened up in a moment of vulnerability about her lifestyle thus far. She said, “I feel like I’ve been living like a 21-year-old for my entire life, and now I’m ready to move on."

This new house is very much a step back from the jet set partying lifestyle everyone's used to seeing her live. Perhaps this is the next big step into adulthood that she needs, and while she's testing these new waters, her fans are eagerly ready to continue supporting her.
