Prince George and Princess Charlotte, children of the Prince and Princess of Wales William and Kate, showed maturity beyond their years when, on the 22nd of August 2022, when the youngsters attended the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II. Fans praised them across social media for their decorum on what was an unimaginably difficult day for the young royals.According to The Guardian, it was suggested by a palace official for Prince George, 9, and Princess Charlotte, 7 to be at the funeral of the longest serving monarch, as it would “reassure the nation of the order of succession.”

Prince William is next in line after his father, King Charles III, followed by Prince George who is third in line, and Princess Charlotte fourth.
