The Property Brothers went to the Creative Arts Emmy Awards with Linda and Zooey, according to The Daily Mail. Jonathan posted a photo of the four of them looking very happy and wrote in the caption, "What a lovely evening with some of my favorite people to celebrate all the hard work it takes behind the scenes to put these shows together. I’m a very lucky fella."
Us Weekly shared that in October 2019, Jonathan and Zooey hung out with Drew and Linda. Jonathan wrote on Instagram, "So much fun last night. That high-pitched scream totally wasn’t me!"
More recently, Jonathan Scott shared a photo on Instagram and said that he celebrated New Year's Eve with Drew, Linda, Zooey, and Drew and Jonathan's parents. Jonathan wrote in the caption, "Brought in NYE with these cool people."
Zooey Deschanel was asked about dating Jonathan Scott and she shared that while of course Drew and Scott are twin brothers, she knows who is who. When the actress appeared on The Kelly Clarkson Show, she said, . "No, to me they don't look alike at all. And their personalities are so different. So, like, to me, they just don't look alike." Zooey added, "So even before I met them, I thought they looked totally different."
Zooey also said, "Even without the beard, they don't look alike to me."
Since Drew and Jonathan often hang out with their partners together, fans can guess that they do get along, and it sounds like the Property Brothers were both looking for a funny partner who they could talk to.
In an interview with Real Style Network, the twins were asked about what they were looking for when it came to a relationship. Jonathan said, "The most important thing is that they have to have a sense of humour. I like to have intelligent conversation."
Drew replied, "For me, the same – sense of humour, a fun-loving personality and a no BS type of person. Jonathan and I amongst ourselves, and even with our friends, have a no BS policy. If something’s wrong, you get it out, move on and deal with it. That’s the same for me with a woman. I like to have real communication."

Both Drew and Jonathan Scott have made some big life changes recently.
Linda Phan is pregnant and according to People, they got married in 2018 and went through IVF and IUI for two years. Linda said, "For a while I wasn't sure how much I wanted to share, or if I wanted to share at all. Even with close family and friends, we didn't tell them right away just because I needed to process the feeling myself before diluting it with other people's excitement."
Jonathan Scott and Zooey Deschanel have just bought a house, according to Today.com. Jonathan said that Zooey loves looking at houses on Zillow and is just as interested in real estate as he is, and they will be renovating the home.
