Women are dominating all over the world these days. Whether they’re on the big screen, little screen, in politics, or in sports, women are flexing their muscles in anything they do, and it’s simply wonderful. In the talk show department, women have been dominating for decades. The most popular television host to ever exist is a woman, Oprah Winfrey, and since her, the presence of women in media hasn’t slowed down one bit.

Every woman who graces any screen, whether it be little or big, is attractive in their own way. They could be beautiful, intelligent, or insanely charismatic and you’ll find that you’re drawn to most talk show hosts based on one or all three. Here are some of the most attractive talk show hosts that have graced us with their presence over the years.

20 Shaun Robinson

Shaun Robinson started out as a weekend anchor for WISN-TV in Milwaukee and then moved to Austin, Texas to anchor a series called “Profiles in Power”. Eventually, Robinson moved on to become an anchor on Access Hollywood. Not a lot of people know but Robinson was actually married to MLB superstar Darryl Hamilton (they ended up divorcing, though).

19 Cecilia Bolocco

Before Cecilia Bolocco started working as a journalist on the Spanish language edition of CNN, she was actually crowned Miss Universo Chile in 1987 and was Miss Universe that same year. She held down numerous talk show host positions after the crown and also went on to judge the Miss Universe pageant in 1996.

18 Lisa Rinna

Those who know the name Lisa Rinna well will remember her solely for her work on the NBC long-running soap opera Days of Our Lives, where she played the beautiful Billie Reed. But she’s done lots of other work. At one point, she was the host of SoapNet’s Soap Talk, which is why her gorgeous face is gracing this list.

17 Doris Day

She had one of the most easily recognizable faces in the history of Hollywood thanks to her film work (especially her films with co-star Rock Hudson, who she had undeniable chemistry with thanks to their real-life close friendship) but what a lot of people don’t know is that actress Doris Day also had her own talk show!

16 Hoda Kotb

We all probably know morning talk show co-host Hoda Kotb because she and co-host Kathie Lee Gifford always gulped down bottles of white wine on the air during the fourth hour of The Today Show (which is always good for entertainment – except when Hoda has to keep Kathie Lee in line). However, in addition to that, she is also a correspondent on Dateline NBC.

15 Rachael Ray

Most talk show hosts have nothing on businesswoman Rachael Ray, who is the host of the very talk show that bears her name. She even has (count 'em) THREE Food Network series. She’s also found the time to write numerous cookbooks and create a pet food line all while launching a magazine. Where does she even find the time to sleep?

14 Elizabeth Hasselbeck

Before she became a talk show host, Elizabeth Hasselbeck was a contestant on the second season of the hit reality show, Survivor, and came in fourth place. If you’re not a fan of The View (she took Lisa Ling’s spot on the talk show), you’ll note that Elizabeth is married to former NFL quarterback, Tim Hasselbeck.

13 Cybill Shepherd

If you’re old enough, you might remember actress, model, and talk show host Cybill Shepherd from movies like Taxi Driver, or television shows like Moonlighting (where she helped put Bruce Willis on the map). However, you may not know that she hosted her own talk show at one point - she really did it all.

12 Oprah Winfrey

This woman does it all - she’s a media proprietor, actress, producer, and talk show host. She is easily the most recognized face in all of television, without a doubt. She’s not only a billionaire who has been around the world, but she’s interviewed some of the most influential people on this planet. She was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2013.

11 Queen Latifah

I have yet to meet a fellow human being who has absolutely no idea who Queen Latifah is. It’s not just because she’s a talk show host, but because she’s a rapper, singer, actress, model, producer, etc. There’s really nothing that she hasn’t done – which includes cleaning up at any and all award shows. Even though her talk show was canceled, we still love her.

10 Maria Celeste Arraras

Puerto Rican journalist Maria Celeste Arraras isn’t just another beautiful face gracing the small screen, she’s also an author and has won three Emmy Awards for journalism. In 2018, she was awarded a Doctorate Honoris Causa from the Universidad-Central de Bayamon. She’s the host of Al Rojo Vivo con Maria Celeste.

9 Jillian Michaels

You might recognize Jillian Michaels from her work as a personal trainer on NBC’s The Biggest Loser. On the show, she’s known for her “no-nonsense” ways and hard as a rock teaching style. She’s also a best-selling author and the host of Losing It with Jillian. To top it off, she’s also known for her work on the talk show, The Doctors.

8 Kelly Ripa

You probably know Kelly Ripa thanks to her extremely bubbly personality (she’s often made fun of herself for it, too, which makes her even more charming). She was on All My Children for 12 years before moving to co-host the morning talk show Live! with Kelly and Michael. She and her husband, Mark Consuelos also own their own company called Milojo.

7 Daniella Cicarelli

Daniella Cicarelli is a hostess on MTV’s Brasil’s Beija Sapo (among other MTV presenter gigs) but before that, she started her modeling career when she was very young. She became known in Brazil when she starred in a popular Pepsi commercial. She also starred in a soap opera called Filhas da Mae.

6 Busy Philipps

Personally, I remember actress Busy Philipps, not from her talk show or those Old Navy commercials she enjoys doing so much, but rather her work on shows like Dawson’s Creek, Freaks and Geeks, and Cougar Town (with Courtney Cox). She’s also starred in popular movies like He’s Just Not That Into You and Made of Honor.

5 Heidi Cortez

Heidi Cortez was co-writer on Howard Stern’s Sirius XM satellite channel and moved over to radio host where she would read bedtime stories in a comical fashion to listeners. Even though the show was canceled, Cortez went on to write a book called Heidi’s Bedtime Stories and made the Barnes and Noble’s Best Sellers List.

4 Lisa Ling

Talk about a woman who is the entire package: brains, beauty, and charisma. Lisa Ling, who hosts This is Life with Lisa Ling on CNN. She is also the former host or co-host on some pretty popular shows like The View, Our America with Lisa Ling, and National Geographic Explorer. She was also a special correspondent for The Oprah Winfrey Show.

3 Ananda Lewis

Older millennials will recognize Ananda Lewis from her work as an MTV veejay from the 1990s to 2001. In the early 200s, she actually left the comfort of MTV to host her own talk show called The Ananda Lewis Show. Later on in her life, she hosted The Insider and appeared on the reality show Celebrity Mole: Yucatan.

2 Giselle Blondet

Some Americans might not recognize Giselle Blondet’s beautiful face since she’s a Puerto Rican actress and TV show host. Back in the 90s, she became the co-host of Univision’s international morning talk show Despierta America. She went on to publish her autobiography and became the host of a reality tv show called Nuestra Belleza Latina.

1 Tyra Banks

Of course, Tyra ranks number one on our list. Why? Because not only is she beautiful (hello – she is a model first and foremost after all), but she takes NO ONE’S garbage. Ever! Little escapes Tyra Banks’ attention as a talk show host, and, trust us, you do not want to get on her bad side. She’s always been genuinely amazing.
