For 10 seasons, The Real Housewives of New Jersey has produced over 180 episodes, three spinoffs, and a whole lot of drama. Following the lives of women like Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga, fans have learned to love these New Jersey families and can't wait for season 11 to come to screens.

10 Best: Family Reunion (S10, E16) - 8.0
In the most recent season of RHONJ, the episode "Family Reunion" scored a whopping 8.0. This was a big episode for the Guidice clan since Joe was leaving ICE for his new home in Italy. Teresa and their daughters all make the trip to Italy to see him since he's been behind bars for four years.
It was an emotional episode considering fans knew it was the end for Teresa and Joe. Joe never took responsibility for his crime or for breaking up his family and Teresa hasn't been happy for years. The girls were happy to see their dad but Teresa was there to let Joe know they were done. It was an emotional finale, to say the least.
9 Worst: Wives And Misdemeanors (S9, E1) - 6.0
"Wives and Misdemeanors" was the premiere episode of the ninth season. For a premier, this is a low rating by fans. In this episode, fans reminded that Joe doesn't even have a year left in his prison sentence and that Teresa decides to do something for herself: a body-building competition.
For the rest of the season, Teresa focuses on turning her body into pure muscle. Meanwhile, Jennifer Aydin is new to the series and shows off her Turkish heritage. Jackie Goldschneider also tries to make herself known in a group of extroverted women.
8 Best: Third Eye Blind (S4, E3) - 8.1
In the fourth season, Teresa, Jacqueline, Caroline, Melissa, and Kathy were all main castmembers, making RHONJ a true family affair. In "Third Eye Blind," Melissa and Teresa are still going head-to-head about past "gold digger" claims and rumors about Joe going to jail.
(By the looks of Melissa's social media accounts, she and Teresa are still in good graces, shockingly.) Jacqueline tries to mediate the sisters-in-law but it doesn't end well. It's around this time that Jacqueline realizes that Teresa is her own worst enemy and can't drop the past.
7 Worst: Not One Of Us (S1, E3) - 5.8
"Not One Of Us" goes all the way back to the first season. During these simpler times, it was essentially Teresa, Jacqueline, Caroline, and Dina against Danielle. But in an attempt to befriend the women, Danielle holds a spa day at her house...with Botox injections. Some of the ladies are interested while others (Caroline) are horrified.
Danielle's attempt at friendship failed. Things got stranger when Danielle tried confiding in the women about her relationship woes with her much younger boyfriend. But, once again, the other girls couldn't care less about her relationship.
6 Best: The Public Shaming Of Melissa (S8, E4) - 8.1
In "The Public Shaming of Melissa," Siggy and Melissa are still butting heads over the cake fight that happened at Melissa's birthday party in Florida. To prove that Melissa was in the wrong, Siggy invited her over to a cocktail party (where none of the other women were present) and publicly shamed her in front of everyone.
Melissa was shocked and awkwardly stood there as Siggy asked the entire party if Melissa was in the wrong. It doesn't matter how much money these women have, that was awkward. Melissa's stress climaxed when the family restaurant reached its opening and she and Teresa couldn't agree on how much time they'd spend actually working the restaurant.
5 Worst: Reunion Part 2 (S10, E18) - 5.6
It's always surprising when a reunion gets a low score. Reunions are supposed to be a time where everything from the season is rehashed and dragged. But it looks like the 10th season's second part of the reunion tanked with fans.
During the reunion, Jennifer was out for blood and made an issue against most of the women. Teresa spoke about the troubles in her marriage and what was next for her and Joe (especially with his absence on IG). She also disputed every cheating rumor out there, although almost no one believed her. Truthfully, the best part of the reunion was when the men came out on stage and talked about their relationships with the housewives.
4 Best: Water Under The Table (S2, E1) - 8.2
"Water Under the Table" was the premiering episode of the second season. After the bombshells dropped in the first season, fans couldn't wait to see what transpired between the women and Danielle.
In this episode, Danielle is still trying to make a name for herself in this family but it's not working, especially when Caroline doesn't invite her to the annual Sheriff's Fundraiser. In this episode, we also see the birth of Jacqueline and Chris's son. The birth of another child brought the family back together before eventually falling apart again.
3 Worst: Reunion Part 3 (S10, 19) - 5.4
The third part of the season 10 reunion was worse than the second part, according to fans. Danielle Staub finally showed her face in the third part of the reunion and as always, drama ensued.
From backstage, Danielle demanded to sit next to Andy or she wouldn't come out. Andy had to literally go backstage to ask her what was happening. When Danielle finally came out, she wouldn't discuss her divorce but did say Margaret was to blame for it. Teresa also came out and apologized for befriending Danielle... once again.
2 Best: Reunion: Watch What Happens Part 2 (S1, E9) - 8.3
One of the highest-ranking episodes was the second part of season one's reunion. As the first reunion special for the New Jersey franchise, Andy let the girls hash it out on stage in front of the cameras. Considering the series finale was when Teresa flipped a table at dinner, a lot had to be said to Danielle.
1 Worst: Mama Knows Best (S1, E2) - 5.3
And finally, one of the lowest-ranking episodes was the second episode in season one: "Mama Knows Best." In this episode, fans saw how involved these women were as mothers. With all of them having tight-knit families, these women wanted honesty from their kids.
Fans saw just how bad Jacqueline and Ashlee's relationship was, which was the beginning of their hostile relationship. Teresa also proved to be the ultimate stage mom by sending her daughters out on auditions.
