Before TLC's My 600-lb Life, or USA Network's The Biggest Loser, there was VH1's Celebrity Fit Club. For a long time, people have loved watching weight loss transformations. The premise of Celebrity Fit Club was straightforward. Celebrities who were well outside of their Body Mass Index (BMI) tried to lose weight. Eight celebrity participants split up into two teams of four, and each week these stars tackled different physical challenges. Then, the celebs had to weigh in to see if they reached their target weight. A nutritionist, psychologist, and physical trainer monitored each star.
