According to reports, Reynolds and Lively also own an apartment in a high-end Tribeca building.

As anyone who has followed Ryan Reynolds’ career will be able to attest, he is best known for playing Deadpool on the big screen. Given the fact that Reynolds is so perfect in that role and both of the movies he headlined as the character were huge hits, it seems hard to believe Fox wasn’t excited to bankroll Deadpool movies from the beginning. Despite that, Reynolds had to fight very hard to get the first Deadpool film off the ground.
After playing a poorly received version of Deadpool in X-Men Origins: Wolverine through no fault of his own, Ryan Reynolds was determined to do the character justice. For that reason, Reynolds convinced the bigwigs at Fox to fund test footage for the Deadpool movie he wanted to make but from there, the studio began dragging their feet. Fortunately, that Deadpool test footage was leaked online and fans went wild. In the years since Reynolds has heavily implied he was the one who leaked the test footage.
Amazingly enough, even after Fox agreed to make a Deadpool movie, they clearly had cold feet to a certain degree. After all, it has since come out that even though Reynolds insisted it was necessary to have the people who scripted Deadpool on the set to help guide the filming process, Fox wouldn’t pay their salary.
