Can you believe Sabrina The Teenage Witch premiered 25 years ago, on September 27, 1996? Sabrina The Teenage Witch was an American sitcom based on the Archie Comics series of the same name.

American teenager, Sabrina Spellman, played by Melissa Joan Hart, learns she has magical powers on her 16th birthday. Spellman lives with her 600 year old witch aunts, Hilda and Zelda and their magical cat, Salem, in the fictional suburb of Westbridge, Massachusetts.

Hart, 45, celebrated the milestone on her social media. “It’s been brought to my attention that 25 years ago today, September 27, 1996, our show first aired on ABC for 7 seasons.," The Melissa And Joey star said. "Thanks for the love and support to help us do what we love to do, make people smile!! Happy #SabrinatheTeenageWitch Day!” The series is now available to watch on Hulu.

10 Melissa Joan Hart

Since Sabrina The Teenage Witch, Melissa Joan Hart's fame skyrocketed. However, even though she has acted in a lot since then, Hart has currently scaled back a bit. Hart switched from actress to mommy mode and takes care of her three boys with her husband, Mark Wilkerson. Her last acting credit was in 2020 in the Lifetime Movie, Dear Christmas. She voices a character on the show, The Casagrandes. Hart contracted COVID-19 in August of this year, despite being fully vaccinated.

9 Caroline Rhea

Caroline Rhea played Aunt Hilda Spellman on the show. She was the less rational and more impulsive one. Since then, Rhea has acted in many other roles with her last acting credits being in 2020, where she appeared in an episode of The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. Now, she is more out of the spotlight, taking care of her daughter and dog. The 57-year-old is still doing stand-up and posts hilarious videos and pictures of her life on Instagram.

8 Beth Broderick

Beth Broderick played Aunt Zelda Spellman, who was a scientist and college professor. Zelda was the more rational sister and the voice of reason when Hilda or Sabrina would not use their magic responsibly. Although she has scaled back in her acting duties, Broderick is still in the business today. The 62-year-old appeared in an episode of the shows Walker and Shrill. She also appeared alongside Rhea in The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. Broderick wrapped up filming a Lifetime original movie, Blending Christmas, and in her down time likes to bake pies and fight for equality.

7 Nick Bakay

Nick Bakay voiced Salam Saberhagen, a 500-year-old witch who was sentenced to 100 years as a talking cat because of his plans to take over the world. He currently lives with his wife, Robin, in Hollywood Hills and is more behind the scenes now. Although Bakay has acted in other roles, the 61-year-old took on more of a producer role in the later years. He was a director, producer and writer on the CBS sitcom, Mom, and is currently a producer on the show, Bob Hearts Abishola.

6 Nate Richert

Nate Richert played Harvey Kinkle, Sabrina's boyfriend in the first four seasons. They break-up after he finds out she is a witch, but get back together after their soul stones match. He retired from acting in 2006 after appearing in many other guest roles. Richert turned to music and became a musician and songwriter. However, he did appear in one episode of the TV series, Home Work. The 43-year-old eloped with his wife, Malorie, in 2019. As of 2020, he works as a maintenance man, janitor, carpenter, improv and songwriter to pay the bills.

5 Jenna Leigh Green

Jenna Leigh Green played Libby Chessler, Sabrina's high school arch-enemy, from seasons 1 to 3. She was a cheerleader and spoiled rich girl, who tried to hit on Sabrina's boyfriend. The character was sent to boarding school at the end of season 3, making her time on the show over. Green continued acting after that in roles such as You Again, ER, Bones and more. The 47-year-old just wrapped up the thriller film, Wild Indian, which is in post-production.

4 Martin Mull

Martin Mull played Willard Kraft, the vice principal and later principal of Sabrina's school from seasons 2 to 4. He was also the on/off boyfriend of both of her aunts. Although his career back then was booming, the 78-year-old has slowed down in recent years. He is married to singer, Wendy Haas. He occasionally appears in episodes of shows with the most recent ones being in 2020 (Bob's Burgers, Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Bless This Mess).

3 Paul Feig

Paul Feig played Mr. Eugene Pool, Sabrina's favorite teacher who taught Bilogy during the first season. He was sometimes sarcastic and bitter but was never mentioned again after season 1. After his time on Sabrina, Feig continued in the entertainment business in acting and directing. The 59-year-old directed and produced the 2019 film, Last Christmas. He currently is director and producer on the shows Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist and Love Life. Feig also executive produced 6 episodes of the upcoming show, East of La Brea. The upcoming movie, The School for Good and Evil was also directed and produced by him.

2 Lindsay Sloane

Lindsay Sloane played Valerie Birkhead, Sabrina's best friend in seasons 2 and 3. She left to move to Alaska with her parents as the start of season 4. Sloane is currently married to Dar Rollins and have two daughters together. She has continued to act since her time on the show and appeared in shows such as The Odd Couple, Weeds and more. She is also a movie actress with her last role being in 2019 in Endings, Beginnings. The 44-year-old actress is very vocal about charities and equal rights on her social media and posts pictures with her famous friends.

1 Soleil Moon Frye

Soleil Moon Frye played Roxie King, Sabrina's mortal college roommate, from seasons 5 to 7. They remained friends after graduation. Moon Frye currently takes care of her four children, whom she shares with ex-husband, Jason Goldberg. She has continued to act since the show ended, mostly in voice work. Although cancelled after one season, the 45-year-old played the title character in the show Punky Brewster this year. She also directed and produced the documentary film, Kid 90, and starred in the movie, The Cleaner. Frye will voice a character in the upcoming series, The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder.
