Saweetie has dropped a teaser of her brand-new single, and it comes complete with a video for fans to enjoy.

The Video For Fast (Motion) must have taken a lot of time, money, and energy to create, and fans are definitely appreciating the visuals. The video sees Saweetie taking part in some soccer tricks that come along with some seriously cool special effects.

Fans agree that the aesthetics are bright, bold, and engaging, so Saweetie has definitely impressed them from that end of things. The only real problem is that fans don't seem to want to hear her attempts at rap, not now, and not ever. When it comes to her skills as a rapper, it's a definite fail, and fans aren't afraid to tell her precisely how much they dislike this song.

Saweetie Drops Her Single And Video

There was a whole lot of hype surrounding the release of this single and getting a video drop at the same time really sweetened the deal for fans.

In this case, it was the only saving grace for Saweetie, as her rapping took a huge hit from fans.

In spite of being teased and highly anticipated, fans don't seem to be warming up to Saweetie's rap skills and are dragging her all over social media.

Her efforts were obvious, but she was definitely not hitting the mark, and everything from her lyrics to her execution of the hook is being torn apart by haters. The remarks were unpleasant, to say the least, and it's unclear to many if she was even trying to sing at all. The rap unfolded more like a display of very basic and non-engaging commentary, and all the effort seemed to go into making her appearance resemble that of a rapper, instead of actually putting the focus on rapping successfully.

Fans Mercilessly Drag Saweetie

There was no love for Saweetie in the comments section. Instead, comments such as; "Her music catchy but bad at the same time," and "Visuals are great, but she can not rap bro," led the conversation.

More fans joined in to share their thoughts, and were coming up with comments such as; "Looks and sound better when it’s on mute."

It got worse. Someone wrote in to say; "The videos are better than her rap skills," and one fan was so fed up that he wrote; "Bruh these video budgets could go to feed the homeless or something other than this."

One person was so 'done' with Saweetie's attempted rap skills that he wrote; "I’ll respectfully decline the release of this video ❤️… she cute tho." Someone else chimed in with; "music wise she just don’t do it for me,"  which was followed by; "she should just be a content creator, leave the music."

Sadly, the rest of the comments echoed a level of complete disappointment with the next few comments stating; "rapping just ain’t for her," and "why is she still making music,  like no!"
