7 Chloe Bartoli - 31 years old
Coming in at number 7 we have 31-year-old Californian fashion designer Chloe Bartoli. Disick and Bartoli were initially romantically linked back in 2015. The relationship between the two was said to have triggered the split between Disick and Kardashian as he was accused of cheating on her with Bartoli.
