The couple was recently spotted out holding hands together in Manhattan, New York after having been first linked after seeing the two share a kiss aboard a yacht in Ibiza, Spain.

The actor has been linked to Leighton Meester, Diana Agron, and Margarita Levieva, however, he's now set his sights on Spanish actress, Alejandra Onieva. The duo reportedly began dating in 2020, however, they have kept their romance very private since. Many fans believe Sebastian keeps his relationship a mystery to avoid cancel culture since Alejandra found herself in hot waters when an old photo resurfaced. The couple also lives in different countries, which is why Stan and Onieva might be taking things slower than normal. The couple, to this day, still do not have any photos together on either of their social media platforms.
Sebastian Stan's Secretive Relationship
Sebastian Stan first got his start in acting back in 1994 on the film, 71 Fragments of a Chronology of Chance. The actor later went on to appear in a handful of television shows and films, including Gossip Girl, The Covenant, and The Architect.
Today, Sebastian is most known for his role as Bucky Barnes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. While he had been initially considered for the role of Captain America, the first avenger, Stan was later chosen to play Bucky Barnes in April 2010.
Well, considering his success on-screen, it is. no surprise that he's had just as much success when it comes to his love life.
Not only did Sebastian and Leighton Meester's characters date on Gossip Girl, but both stars fell in love in real life. No wonder why the chemistry between them felt so real!
They dated from 2008 to 2010. According to Bustle, "the pair met — and made-out — on the Gossip Girl set and according to Meester at the time, they split amicably."
After the Gossip Girl couple broke up, Sebastian felt attracted to Glee actress Dianna Agron. The couple dated for seven months in 2011 but broke up in December due to allegedly jealousy issues.
On the set of Once Upon a Time, Sebastian started dating one of his costars again. This time was Jennifer Morrison. She is known for her roles as Dr. Allison Cameron in the medical drama series House and Emma Swan in the fantasy series Once Upon a Time. However, they split one year later.
Margarita Levieva was the last public relationship of Sebastian's. He even uploaded a sweet picture on Instagram of both of them back when they were dating. Sebastian met the Revenge actress in 2009 but didn't become her boyfriend until 2014.
New Romance With Alejandra Onieva
The 28 years-old Spanish beauty has appeared in many movies and TV shows in Europe, including the telenovela Old Bridge's Secret. Sebastian and his girlfriend, Alejandra, wore matching face masks while stepping out together in New York City.
"The couple was seen holding hands while strolling around the city. They have brought their romance to the United States after being spotted together in Spain a couple of months ago," reports Just Jared.
Alejandra has not yet appeared in any English language projects, however, she is very recognized in Spain. Neither of them has posted a picture of each other on social media, sparking fans to wonder why the two keep things so private.
There is a possibility that they are taking things slow since they cannot meet frequently; as having a long-distance relationship is not easy.
Sebastian and Alejandra seem pretty busy with their careers. Since the actor is used to dating costars that he can see every day at work, this new relationship can be very challenging for the Winter Soldier actor, hence why he isn't super vocal about it.
Alejandra found herself in the hot seat when Stan's fans uncovered a past image of the actress that depicts Alejandra appropriating Japanese culture. Sebastian's fans pressed the actor for him to comment on the matter, and while he ever did, Alejandra did delete the image.
Sebastian has found himself nearly canceled a handful of times, which is another reason why the actor wants to keep things between he and Alejandra as private as possible, and we don't blame him!
