Cast members like Chrishell Stause, Heather Rae Young, Christine Quinn, and Davina Potratz sometimes clashed with each other but they also dealt with issues from outside of the workplace. There is never a dull moment for the individuals who work at the Oppenheim Group, selling real estate across the wealthier parts of California.

10 Heather Went Off On Christine And Davina

When Heather Rae Young went off on Christine Quinn and Davina Potratz during a simple conversation, she was at her wit's end. She was completely frustrated because these two women whom she considered close friends were accusing her of paying the paparazzi to follow her and her fiancé, Tarek El Moussa, around.

Christine and Davina joked around that Heather wasn’t famous enough to be getting stalked by the paparazzi. Heather ended up collecting her things and storming out because she was tired of getting talked down to.

9 Jason Revealed He Sold A $44 Million Dollar Home

In season 3, Jason Oppenheim revealed that he sold a $44 million listing. It is the highest-paying sale to be closed at the Oppenheim Group… ever. Everyone who works with him was quick to congratulate him and celebrate because they understood what a big deal it was for him to close a deal on a house that is worth that much money.

Jason has proven himself to be a hard-working individual who knows exactly what he is doing in the real estate business. When it comes to selling luxury properties in California, he is the one to go to with, and his $44 million dollar sale proved that.

8 Davina Confronted Christine About Showing The $75 Million Dollar Home Without Communicating

Christine Quinn invited her fiancé, Christian Richard, to see the $75 million home that Davina Potratz was working on selling. Due to miscommunication between the women, Christine never informed Davina that she had been over to the house with Christian.

When Davina sat down with the man who owned the home, she was blindsided by the fact that Christine had been there with Christian. It caused her to get very angry because she felt like she looked unprofessional. Davina confronted Christine and told her how upset she was.

7 Amanza Revealed Her Painful Custody Battle Drama

When Amanza Smith revealed the details of her painful custody battle drama during the third season of Selling Sunset, it was very emotional for her. She was (and still is) dealing with something that most people simply can’t relate to. She has two kids with an ex-NFL player named Ralph Brown. They got married back in 2010 but their relationship did not survive.

These days, he has been MIA and despite Amanza's best efforts to reach out to him, get in contact with him through his family members and more, she has been unable to locate him. This has been difficult on her children and in the third season, she went to court to fight for full custody of her kids. Celebrity custody battles are the worst because of how publicized they are... The custody battle that went on between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie earlier this year is proof.

6 Maya Contemplated Leaving The Oppenheim Group

Maya Vander is one of the most professional and hard-working real estate agents from the Oppenheim Group. Unfortunately for Jason, Maya spent some time contemplating if she wanted to leave the group or not throughout the course of season 3.

She was very vocal about the fact that she had to constantly go back and forth between Miami and Los Angeles. When she talked about her travels it seemed like she was leaning more in the direction of being interested in her Florida lifestyle which means that she might want to leave the Oppenheim Group completely.

5 Jason Shut Down Davina’s Desire To Keep Trying To Sell Her $75 Million Dollar Home

When Jason shut down Davina's desire to keep trying to sell her $75 million home, the rest of the real estate agents stepped up to speak up on the situation. Mary Fitzgerald was the only outspoken person to take sides with Jason but the rest of the women were siding with Davina.

Christine was the most openly supportive person in the room to take Davina's side. Jason and Davina both had valid points: he didn’t want any more money or time to be wasted on it but she really wanted to earn that massive commission.

4 The Burgers And Botox Event Hosted By Christine

The Burgers and Botox event that was hosted by Christine Quinn was one of the highlights of season 3. It was such a hilarious yet brilliant concept for a party in a city like Los Angeles.

People showed up to the event because free Botox injections were being offered as well as In-N-Out Burgers. Christine is an intelligent businesswoman who knows what to do to attract people to events and showings. She came up with an idea that would get both men and women in the door.

3 Mary Discussed Freezing Her Eggs With Romaine

Mary's decision to get her eggs checked out in order to see how fertile she was proves that she is a very thoughtful woman. Romain reacted really positively when he found out that Mary was thinking about the process that they would have to take in order to start a family.

2 Christine’s Entire Wedding, Including The Snowfall

Christine Quinn's entire wedding was a jaw-dropping event. Her attention to detail was everything. She chose to wear a black wedding dress while all of her guests wore white. She also made sure that her wedding venue had doves, flowers, roses, and even snowfall. Plenty of other celebrity weddings don't even compare.

Nothing was about to get in Christine‘s way when it came to creating the wedding that she always envisioned and dreamed about. She decided to go with a black wedding dress because she considered herself to be a "Gothic Barbie." Everyone from the Oppenheim Group showed up to support her on her big day.

1 Chrishell Was Completely Blindsided About Her Divorce

The most jaw-dropping event to happen in season 3 of Selling Sunset would have to be Chrishell Stause getting completely blindsided with news about her divorce. She spent so much time talking about how happy she was with Justin Hartley, whom she was married to for two years. They had been together for a total of six years, which makes their divorce even more heartbreaking. Celebrity divorces are always dragged through the media in major ways. According to Chrishell, Justin was constantly talking about how happy they were together.

Cast members from Selling Sunset and others have stepped up to support her.
