Most people who have seen any one of Morgan Freeman's TV or film projects agree that he's a force to be reckoned with. Think about it: a quick scan through Freeman's IMDb resume really says it all. So does his Instagram; Morgan calls himself "That actor whose voice you recognize."

Morgan Freeman Has Been Prolific In Hollywood

First of all, Morgan has played so many different roles that it makes fans' heads spin. Not only that, but his roles are most often of a specific type. Freeman has played Malcolm X and Nelson Mandela, military personnel and law enforcement officers, and, of course God.

It's like whenever someone wants an actor for a very serious, impactful role, they turn to Morgan. But he also plays some more light-hearted roles, like himself in 'Coming 2 America' and an animated character in a LEGO movie.

In short, his career has spanned more than fifty years, and he has so many IMDb entries, it's as long as a CVS receipt. Which led fans to a realization that had kind of been in the back of their minds for decades already.

Fans Wondered If Morgan Freeman Ever Ages

It's true that Morgan Freeman does age; he's currently 84 years old. But looking back at his past roles, fans say that his aging hasn't been visible. In fact, one Redditor even suggested that "He was born at 47."

Jokes aside, fans pointed out the difference between Brad Pitt aging (and his jokes about it during an awards speech) and Morgan Freeman aging. That's when fans realized that comparing Brad's aging to Morgan's made zero sense.

One joked, "Has Morgan freeman ever been under the age of 50?" Then, fans began discussing a film Morgan was in, and the plot points of the movie and how that related to his apparent agelessness.

Their next realization? The film they were discussing, 'The Shawshank Redemption,' came out just over 25 years ago. And in that time, Morgan still hasn't appeared to age!

That hit fans almost as hard as the fact that Morgan and his ex-wife, Myrna Colley-Lee, were married for 26 years. The kicker?

Before that, Morgan was married to someone else for over a decade, too. Most people are lucky to be married to anyone for 10 years, especially considering the divorce rate these days, let alone two consecutive spouses.

He's clearly living his years well, and fans can't fault him for that. But it is a little weird that Morgan looks so ageless compared to other actors, especially when he keeps getting cast in similar roles over and over. To be fair, he does bring something original to each role, but it's still trippy to see on screen!
