She posted a very emotional message to her Instagram account, depicting what it's like to find the balance between her two very different worlds.

In spite of the fact that most people don't get to live the life of a supermodel, many women across the globe strive to maintain their demanding careers while simultaneously providing the nurturing love to their babies that only a mother can so perfectly give.
