The CW's Supernatural is preparing for its final season, which means saying goodbye to everything from the classic gag reels to the behind-the-scenes photos of Sam and Dean Winchester, Castiel and the rest of the gang that absolutely ruin the show for viewers. Whether these scenes completely destroy the otherworldly wonder, give away ridiculous spoilers or just take fans into the opposite direction of the show, they are everything for fans who want to discuss spoilers and possible meanings behind each episode.

As Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins release their final behind-the-scenes images for everyone from loyal SPNFamily members to newcomers to the show to enjoy, it's a bittersweet time for poring over these photos as the realization that it's the last time really hits home.

20 Scoobynatural

Discovering that Sam and Dean were teaming up with the Mystery gang from Scooby Doo was one thing, but watching Ackles and Padalecki give voices to their characters rather than appearing on-screen made it much more real. Not only did we see them in a whole new light, but we saw how goofy they got with the gig.

19 Director Dean Is Scouting Locations

Realizing that Jensen Ackles will be directing once again is exciting for many fans. Previously, Ackles directed his first episode of the show, "Weekend at Bobby's," in 2010 and has directed several others since. In this IG pic, he says, "Started my prep as director yesterday. 18 All About The Pie

Any loyal Supernatural fan knows how much Dean Winchester loves his pie for dessert, so when he shared this photo of pie as pizza on IG, it changed everything. Jensen Ackles posted, "When your menu beings like this... 2 things happen. 1) excitement! 2) this song gets stuck in your head for the next 6 hours."

The magic of Supernatural, as well as any program, involves us watching them, not them watching us. 13 Gabriel And God Are Beard Bros

Fans who have taken the Road So Far over the past 14 seasons know how many conflicts have existed between the angels, demons and Heaven and Hell themselves. That's why it's so charming to see a pic of Gabriel and God not only getting along swimmingly but also sharing a joke. Misha Collins, who shared this on IG, captioned it, "@dicksp8jr and @robenedict get so annoyed when people confuse them."

12 Doing It For The Laughs

It's jarring enough to see Dean Winchester cracking up on set after watching him smolder for an hour a week, but to see both brothers succumbing to laughter completely ruins everything in the best way. Fans root for Sammy and Dean to have a moment's peace all of the time and moments like these spread hope that it's possible.

11 Winchesters Never Die

It's true: how many times have we seen Sam and Dean bite the dust only to return over and over again, putting every other character who's gone and come back in every other fandom to shame? When Jared Padalecki shared the news that the 15th season would be the last, it might have been a tearful prelude, but it was also a reminder that the show will live forever among its fans.

9 Heroes, Interrupted

In the world of Supernatural, Sam and Dean are usually the heroes. To have real, live, actual heroes show up on the scene to prevent the actors from being fake heroes is almost Supernaturalception. Any time we catch the Winchesters behind the scenes with monsters who aren't nearly as monstrous as they are on the show, it's disconcerting as well as hilarious. In this Instagram post celebrating the end of last season, Jensen thanked his crew and cast mates, ending with a promise to go big next season.

7 Uber With Baby

Dean Winchester would never carry passengers in his baby unless it was pretty important, and in this case, making the show itself seems like a pretty good reason to have some hitchhikers on board. Still, Sam seems pretty surprised that Dean's willing to play Uber. "They’re right behind me, aren’t they?" Jensen Ackles asked on IG. Yes, Dean, as are we all.

6 Carry On, Wayward Sons

It's one thing to hear Kansas belt out, "Carry On, My Wayward Son" on the show, but to see the band actually pose with the Winchesters and their favorite angel, Castiel, breaks all kinds of walls and we're here for it. Jared Padalecki shared his bucket list item with fans on IG, saying, "HOLY. MOLY. I can't believe KANSAS played at the Supernatural Hall H panel!!!!"

5 Supernatural Pride

With what many fans consider baiting on the show in regards to Dean and Castiel's relationship, it's heartening to see Jared Padalecki sharing his support during Pride Month. On IG, he posted himself wearing this shirt, saying, "In honor of LGBT PRIDE Month starting today and the represent.com/jared campaign, we're relaunching the rainbow #IAE tee for 1 day!! 4 Sam Sweats Over The Finale

Gray hair, over Supernatural? While Sam's known to stress, this seems serious. Padalecki shared this photo on IG along with the caption, "'m SOOOO anxious to hear yalls thoughts on the finale that I shed a GRAY HAIR!!!! Ugh.... LEMME KNOW WHAT YALL THINK!" To be fair, he also shared a link to his Represent store, which may have had more to do with the stress.

3 Tossing Capers

Not only is this Instagram post shared by Jared Padalecki hilarious, it ruins Supernatural by showing the brothers fighting in a rather un-Winchester like way. They look more like they're competing in Scottish games rather than destroying monsters. Fans wouldn't have any issues with that scenario, of course, and it wouldn't be the first time LARPing would appear on the show. According to Padalecki, it was "Supernatural batting practice."

The idea of Dean Winchester allowing children in his precious Impala is ludicrous. They might stain Baby up. His alter ego, Jensen Ackles, is a family man with other ideas, and he shared a post of his family inside the car for Valentine's Day on IG. "Lightin’ it up inside the Impala for a Happy Valentines Day! From our family to yours. Seatbelts kids!" he posted.

1 The Last Upfronts, Ever

Remembering that this is the final season is a sobering thought for every fan, and when Jensen Ackles posted about the final Upfronts, ever, it made everyone tear up. "The last Upfronts for #supernatural ended with heavy emotions. Thank you CW and WB...and all the Advertising folks that have supported this journey for so many years. It’s truly an honor. And congrats to all the amazing talent we got to hang out with today. Go kill it y’all," he shared.
