Red Table Talk is Facebook Watch's show hosted by actress Jada Pinkett Smith, her daughter Willow Smith, and her mom Adrienne Banfield-Norris. Also, Will Smith and Pinkett Smith opened up about having an intervention with their son, Jaden Smith, because he wasn't eating enough. Insider reported that Will Smith recalled his son's skin being gray and dark circles under his eyes. 10 Kid Cudi

Rapper Kid Cudi addressed his mental health issues on the RTT and how life started going downhill for him. He felt pressured being a person that an entire generation looked up to, and he didn't consider himself that person. He equated his life to being a person who performed comedy but was miserable. Kudi described his life as a show. Kudi also opened up about his struggle with his cocaine addiction, depression, and coping with his father's death when he was 11. Cudi is now clean and about fatherhood and raising his daughter.

9 Jessica Alba

On RTT, actress Jessica Alba discussed remarks made about photos she shared with her kids being "child abuse." Her children wore masks while they were in Alba's vehicle during a family trip in July 2020 and Alba caught a lot of flack for saying that she and her family consistently wore masks. Alba was frustrated that motherhood is something that people politicize. The entire episode focused on what they called mommy-shaming, and model Ashley Graham joined this segment as well, stating that people criticized her for breastfeeding her child in public.

8 Demi Moore

Like Cudi, actress Demi Moore also struggled with drug addiction, in particular cocaine. She revealed that in 1984 while filming "Blame it on Rio." that she almost burned a hole through her nostrils. Moore had to face coping with her mother's alcohol addiction and multiple suicide attempts throughout her childhood. Her daughters, Tallulah and Rumer, also joined Moore during this episode. After Moore split from Ashton Kutcher in 2011, Tallulah didn't speak to her mom for three years.

During that time, Rumer played a diplomatic role and helping the estranged family communicate. Rumer also opened up about her mom being rushed to the hospital after taking a hit of nitrous oxide and cannabis. Tallulah talked about her alcohol addiction which led to alcohol poisoning. As of 2019, Moore was eight years clean.

7 Chelsea Handler

Comedienne and talk show host Chelsea confronted White privilege on RTT. She admitted that she wouldn't have a comedic career without White privilege. Handler further stated that she wouldn't have had her talk show Chelsea Lately on E!, which ran from 2007-2015, if it wasn't for her being White, and that Black women could never have gotten a show discussing how stupid celebrities are.

Handler also mentioned how society had defined Black women by their hair and bodies for ages. Handler then shared a story about how she hugged a Black woman singing a song complimenting the beauty of her performance and then slapping her behind. Handler expressed that even if you don't have bad intentions, particular behaviors are still wrong.

6 Ayesha Curry

Ayesha Curry, the wife of the professional basketball player Steph Curry and her family, appeared on RTT discussing issues such as anxiety, racism, and all of the female attention directed towards their basketball player husbands. Curry caught a lot of flack after she confessed on RTT that she wished she had male attention as well. People questioned her loyalty and asked why she would even want attention when her husband is Steph Curry.

Some people defended her stance. One Twitter said that men couldn't relate to mothers who wake up wondering if they're still beautiful. During Mental Health Awareness Month in 2019, Curry said that she should be able to open up about her emotions and that she's never been one to cage them.

5 Alicia Keys

Alicia Keys revealed that the biggest misconceptions are that she's happy and that she's strong. In 2019, she was in a much better space emotionally when she went on RTT. However, that wasn't always the case for Keys. She struggled with her self-worth and letting go of toxic people. Keys also opened up about her marriage to Swizz Beats. She didn't discuss rumors of her being a homewrecker and being with producer Swizz Beatz while still married. However, Keys spoke lovingly of her husband calling him "the sky," saying that his dreams were big, even more, significant than hers and that they balanced each other.

4 Gabrielle Union

It shocked the world to find out that Gabrielle Union and Pinkett Smith were in a 17-year feud. The two actresses hashed things out and had an emotional face-to-face. Pinkett Smith revealed that the two were never friends but associates, and at some point, this acquaintanceship dissolved. Both of them knew there was tension between them, but they couldn't put their fingers on why. Pinkett Smith revealed that both of them had too much pride and insecurity to address their issues. They never reached out to each other to figure out if the two were genuinely beefing or if the industry tried to pit the two against each other.

3 Ciara

Singer Ciara and the wife of football player Russell Wilson revealed that after her breakup with rapper Future, she cried in the shower because she wasn't in the happiest place. After the split, Ciara filed for sole custody of their son because Future is a negligent father. She also mentioned that Wilson had no issues stepping up and discussed the beauty of finding love again.

2 Jordyn Woods

Jordyn Woods is the former best friend of Kylie Jenner. Woods and the Kardashian-Jenner family fell out because Woods allegedly hooked up with the father of Khloe Kardashian's child, Celtics basketball player Tristan Thompson. Jordyn Woods talked about this ordeal on RTT. Woods stated that she wasn't a homewrecker and that she would never try to hurt someone she loved.

Woods denied making out publicly with Woods or giving him a lap dance. She also shared that she and Thompson didn't go to a bedroom or bathroom and stayed in a public area. Khloe Kardashian expressed that Woods was lying and that she ruined her family.

1 Will Smith

Rumors surrounding the Smiths' marriage have been circulating for years. People wondered if they had an open marriage or if they were swingers, or what type of marriage they had. Pinkett Smith brought herself to RTT in 2020 and her husband, Will Smith. Pinkett Smith revealed that she had an "entanglement" with R&B singer August Alsina.

People always assumed that Pinkett Smith served as a support system in Alsina's battle with a pill addiction, but more went on than what people knew. An emotional Will Smith confirmed that he and his wife were going through a separation around this time. Although he confirmed that the two were ready to call it quits, people still debate on if Pinkett Smith was adulterous or not.
