Ever wished you could rewatch Gilmore Girls but experience it differently? If that resonates with how you've been feeling lately, Netflix's newest mother-daughter dramedy Ginny & Georgia is for you.

All About Ginny & Georgia!

The series follows a teenager and her mother moving to a picturesque small town in New England. At first glance, the series appears to be inspired by Amy Sherman-Palladino's Gilmore Girls, where caffeine-driven mother-daughter duo Lorelai and Rory Gilmore navigate their life, talk at the speed of light and make pop culture references 24/7.

The trailer for Ginny & Georgia addresses the elephant in the room within the first 10 seconds, with thirty-year-old single mom Georgia Miller saying, "We're like the Gilmore Girls, but with bigger b**bs."

"The day ginny and georgia comes out everyone stream gilmore girls, good plan," a user shared, after Gilmore Girls fans flocked to Twitter, saying that there were far too many similarities between the two.

Georgia's daughter Ginny, according to the show's description; is an angsty fifteen-year-old who believes she is far more mature than her gorgeous, free-spirited mother. The family hopes to begin a new life together in a town in New England, after years of being on the run.

Here's where the two shows part ways: Ginny & Georgia has undertones of mystery and crime, with the trailer suggesting that Georgia is up to no good, and is concealing her dark past.

"It's not all carpool and Kombucha as Georgia's past follows them to threaten her and her family's fresh start," the synopsis reads.

While Ginny will be busy navigating high school drama, her mother reflects on the things she has done in the past and isn't proud of, while confessing she would "do 'em again".

"We live in a man's world and it is exhausting to exist in a world where you matter less," Georgia shares in the trailer, suggesting we can expect plenty of feminist storylines from the all-female creative team.

The trailer also sees Ginny's friends from her new school, who are amazed at the sight of her incredible mother. It's just something she's going to have to get accustomed to!

Starring Antonia Gentry and Brianne Howey, the series will be available for streaming on February 24, on Netflix.  NEXT: Will Season 2 Of ‘Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life’ Ever Happen?
