The Ranch, which was influenced by Duck Dynasty, premiered in 2016. For eight seasons, viewers got to enjoy the incredible work of a very talented cast. Finally, the show ended in 2020. The stars of the series, Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson, who was later arrested and convicted of sexual assault, already knew each other's acting style from their many years co-starring in That '70s Show. With their chemistry, it was inevitable that they were going to do a great job.

Even though the show ended not too long ago, the few years that followed were pretty eventful. Let's see what the cast of The Ranch has been up to since the show ended.

Updated September 2023: When 'The Ranch' ended, it was not because the series was canceled. Instead, wanting to go out on a high note and with good ratings, Ashton Kutcher made the decision to make the fourth season its last.

Since that time, some of the cast has gone on to do more projects, while others have chosen to slow their acting career down and focus on their personal lives instead.

Perhaps most notably since the show ended, is the sexual assault case against Danny Masterson.

Dax Shepard also took a hit from fans when he expressed that he was experiencing financial instability as a result of the strike, even though he has a massive net worth.

The rest of the cast has gone on with their personal and professional lives and done quite well for themselves.

This is only one of the things they have done, though, as they have spent the better part of last year supporting different foundations to help the most affected by the virus.

Kutcher also went on to star in the film, Your Place or Mine with Reese Witherspoon.

Most notably, Kutcher found himself wrapped up in the Danny Masterson sexual abuse trial when he was asked to write a character letter for Masterson's defense team to provide the court. After this happened, Kutcher had to explain via social media why he wrote the letter as there was huge backlash pointed at both him and Mila Kunis, who had written a letter as well.
