When it comes to the world of Hollywood couples, it appears as if relationships last significantly less than that of the usual couple. Although it cannot be easy having the world look at celeb marriages through a magnifying glass, such is the price many pay for A-list status.

Despite many believing that famous folks find themselves in and out of marriages every other day, there are a number of long-lasting connections to have stood to the test of time, however, that cannot be said for celebs such as Kim Kardashian, Britney Spears, and Jennifer Lopez.

These stars join a group of elite celebs who called it quits days, weeks, and months into their marriage! While there have been loads of celebs splits in 2020, here are some of the most memorable Hollywood marriages that ended quicker than you'd think!

10 Britney Spears & Jason Alexander - 56 Hours

Britney Spears has certainly been a hot topic as of late when it comes to the #FreeBritney movement, however, it appears as if Spears has always been a big deal. In 2004, the Baby One More Time singer married childhood friend, Jason Alexander at a chapel in none other than Las Vegas, Nevada.

Despite their close friendship and love for one another, the duo had the marriage annulled 56 hours after saying their "I do's". The singer went on to marry Kevin Federline that same year, however, their marriage ended only three years in.

9 Nicolas Cage & Erika Koike - 4 Days

Nicolas Cage had been dating his girlfriend, Erika Koike since April 2018, so fans were somewhat surprised when the actor revealed that he and Koike had applied for a marriage license in Las Vegas, where they married one another on March 23, 2019.

Despite the duo appearing to be very much in-love, Erika filed for divorce only 4 days after. Cage opened up about his split to The New York Times where he said, "I don't really want to talk about it. I was pretty upset about that and the way things happened," he finished. Yikes!

8 Carmen Electra & Dennis Rodman - 9 Days

Carmen Electra and Dennis Rodman were two of the most popular names throughout the 90s and early 2000s when it comes to the world of entertainment. The duo was notorious for their wedding back in 1998, which took place in, of course, Las Vegas, however, things took a turn only days later.

Despite assuring fans that the two were head over heels in love, it appears as if that sentiment changed rather quickly, considering the two filed for an annulment only 9 days after their nuptials.

7 Pamela Anderson & Jon Peters - 12 Days

Pamela Anderson and Jon Peters have a long history when it comes to their dating life! Despite being linked from back in the 90s, the duo officially tied the knot last year when Anderson had reportedly texted Peters that she wanted to marry him. The film producer claims to have "dropped everything for Pam," and even called off a prior engagement to be with her.

While this all sounded like a match made in heaven, Peters revealed that Pamela filed for divorce only 12 days after their marriage, but not until he paid off her outstanding $200,000 debts, saying "there's no fool like an old fool," Peters told Page Six.

6 Eddie Murphy & Tracey Edmonds - 2 Weeks

Eddie Murphy is without a doubt one of the biggest names in the industry. The star is known for his many successful roles including Coming To America, Shrek, and Norbit, to name a dew, however, in 2008, the actor was making headlines for something a bit different than that of a movie premiere.

At the start of the year, Eddie married Tracey Edmonds, however, 2 weeks into their marriage, the duo announced they were divorcing. According to E! Online, the split came about after Tracey refused to have her last name changed to Murphy's.

5 Mario Lopez & Ali Landry - 18 Days

Mario Lopez is certainly one name that you have heard before! The star, who first made his debut back on Saved By The Bell, went on to marry fellow actress and model, Ali Landry in 2004. Despite the two being a picture-perfect couple, they called it quits only 18 days into their marriage, and it appears to have been all of Mario's fault.

According to the actor himself, he "cheated on Ali days before the wedding." Fans weren't happy with Lopez after his revelation, but luckily for him and Ali, the two are on amicable terms and have both found love elsewhere.

4 Kim Kardashian & Kris Humphries - 72 Days

When it comes to modern-day Hollywood marriages gone awry, Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries' 2011 split after 72 days is without a doubt one of the most iconic moments in pop culture history.

The events were filmed for the hit E! show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, where Kim can be seen talking to Kourtney about making a "mistake" when it came to marrying Kris. After filing for divorce from Kris, the NBA star claimed that Kim married him for publicity, which was later thrown out, much like our memory of Kris Humphries.

3 Elizabeth Talyor & Conrad Hilton - 205 Days

Elizabeth Taylor is one of the most legendary stars to have graced our television screens. During her time in the spotlight, Taylor walked down the aisle not once, not twice, but a total of eight times to seven different husbands. While she holds the record for most marriages in Hollywood, she also holds another for one of the shortest!

In 1950, Taylor married Conrad Hilton Jr., however, their time together didn't last very long considering they were separated 205 days after. Conrad, who was the heir to the Hilton empire, would later find love in 1958 when he married Patricia McClintock.

2 Jennifer Lopez & Cris Judd - 218 Days

Jennifer Lopez has had quite a romantic history! The singer has been engaged 4 times and married 3, with her shortest being to video director, Cris Judd. The two had first met back in the year 2000 in Spain when Cris was hired to direct Jennifer Lopez's music video for Love Don't Cost A Thing.

After dating for a few months, the two finally tied the knot in 2001, however, things unraveled rather fast between the two, leading them to file for divorce only 218 days after.

1 Michael Jackson & Lisa Marie Presley - 273 Days

When it comes to Hollywood royalty, there are only a few names that come to mind, Jackson and Presley being one of them. In 1992, Michael Jackson and Lisa Marie Presley began dating on the down-low. It wasn't until 1994 that the two went public with their relationship, where Presley then confirmed she and Michael had married back in May of that year.

In addition to tying the knot, Lisa Marie also took Jackson's last name, claiming, "my married name is Mrs. Lisa Marie Presley Jackson," she stated. Despite the two appearing to be in love, they called it quits 9 months later.
