It's hard to believe that the 2000s occurred two decades ago. Fresh-faced stars who played teens in movies and TV shows are now well into their 40s, while the it girls and bad boys of the era have since settled into family life. As difficult as it may be to fathom, many of the decade's biggest stars now have kids of their own. And many of those kids are grown adults.

10 Eminem
In the 2000s, Eminem was a controversial figure, albeit a hugely popular one. Soon enough, he became a megastar and even those who knew absolutely nothing about hip-hop knew the name Eminem.
A number of his songs were written about his daughter Hailie, who he shares with ex-wife Kim. As hard as it is to believe, Hailie is now 25-years-old and has grown up into a stunning young woman.
9 Reese Witherspoon
20 years ago, Reese Witherspoon charmed her way into our hearts with her unforgettable turn as Elle Woods in Legally Blonde, her most significant career choice. She may have been just 25 at the time, but Witherspoon is now a devoted mom of 3.
With ex-husband Ryan Phillipe, she has 2 kids, Ava and Deacon, and an 8-year-old son, Tennessee, with current spouse Jim Toth. We may remember Ava and Deacon as adorable little kids, but they are now aged 21 and 17 respectively. Ava, in particular, bears a striking resemblance to her mom.
8 Ewan McGregor
After getting his big break in 1996 Scottish movie Trainspotting, Ewan McGregor made it in Hollywood in 2001 with his starring role in Oscar-winner Moulin Rouge!. Although he looked like the fresh-faced boy next door, he harbored some dark secrets.
After 23 years, his marriage to Eve Mavrakis ended in 2018 when he hooked up with his Fargo co-star Mary Elizabeth Winstead, who is 14 years his junior. In fact, Winstead is just 11 years older than McGregor's eldest daughter, Clara, who referred to her father's new girlfriend as "trash" on social media. Her caustic tongue aside, 25-year-old Clara has grown into a beautiful young lady.
7 50 Cent
Back in 2003, 50 Cent's track "In Da Club" was pretty much being blasted everywhere. Subsequently, the song turned him into a multimillionaire, though in recent years he has sadly found himself in significant debt.
Debt isn't the only change that has come about in the hip-hop star's life: he also has an adult son, Marquise Jackson, who is 24-years-old and looks like his dad's mini-me. Unfortunately, 50 Cent and his son do not get along.
6 David Boreanaz
As the title character's long time love interest on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, David Boreanaz catapulted to fame and even got his own spinoff, Angel. Then, from 2005, he starred in the hugely popular series Bones.
With second wife Jamie Bergman, he has two kids, son Jaden Rayne and daughter Bella. Now aged 19, Jaden (pictured on the right) clearly has his dad's famous bone structure.
5 Kate Beckinsale
Having first risen to prominence in the early 2000s with her appearances in Gothic movies Underworld and Van Helsing, British actress Kate Beckinsale looks eternally youthful - could it be from the influence of all those vampiric roles?
But Beckinsale is actually in her late 40s and has an adult daughter, Lily Mo Sheen, who is 22. The daughter of Beckinsale and Welsh actor Michael Sheen, Lily has certainly inherited the best of both parents.
4 Gwyneth Paltrow
In the late '90s and early 2000s, Gwyneth Paltrow was at the height of her career and even released a number one hit in 2000.
Famously, she was married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin and their eldest child, Apple, is all grown up. It's hard to believe that little Apple is now a young lady: at 17, she is even taller than her 5'9" mom.
3 James Marsters
Another Buffy star, James Marsters is famed for his role as nefarious vampire Spike, which he reprised in Angel. Although his character had an odd British accent, Marsters is 100% American.
His musician son, Sullivan, is 25 and looks just like his dad circa the early 2000s.
2 André 3000
As one half of acclaimed hip-hop duo Outkast, André 3000 wrote one of the biggest hits of the 2000s, "Ms. Jackson", which won the Grammy for Best Rap Performance in 2002.
With singer Erykah Badu, he has a son, Seven Sirius Benjamin. Aged 23, Seven is his father's certified doppelganger.
1 Jude Law
Handsome Brit Jude Law appeared in some of the biggest movies of the 2000s, including A.I. Artificial Intelligence, Closer, and The Holiday.
Unbelievably, the youthful looking actor has not one, but three, adult kids: Rudy, 18, Raff, 24, and Iris, 20, all of whom he had with his first wife Sadie Frost. Iris, in particular, looks a lot like her dad.
