When making it "big" it always has to begin somewhere. This is exactly what was the case for Ash K Holm as the Houston, Texas native attended Paul Mitchell Cosmetology school in San Antonio, Texas, which was the stepping stone in her soon-to-be mega successful career.
After completing her time at cosmetology school, Holm's returned back to Houston and began working as a makeup artist at MAC Cosmetics "in the Galleria." It from here where she developed a name for herself as the "go-to celebrity makeup artist" in Houston, though she wanted to push this new-found label further and decided to leave her hometown and relocate to Hollywood to make this dream a reality.
