Hiddleston showed him some scenes from other Marvel movies and explained how they fit into the current story. The character of Mobius is an interesting character. Responding to this, however, the actor openly debunked that fact with a simple "no" for an answer. Wilson later said that perhaps he should have read the comics after all. By the looks of things, it looks like reading the comics or not had little or no effect on his already stunning performance as Mobius.
