Get Paid $1000 To Binge Watch Every MCU Movie Released So Far

No, you are not dreaming, CableTV.com is currently looking for someone to binge watch 20 MCU movies and will pay them $1000 for the privilege.

We are now only a month away from the 22nd chapter of the epic journey that is the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and this one promises to be the biggest chapter yet, literally. While there had been rumors that Avengers: Endgame was going to be long (apparently its creators considered including an intermission) its official runtime was confirmed this week. Three hours and twelve minutes.

With only a month left to go, we are frantically trying to rewatch all of the movies that have come before Endgame. As touched upon above, with the recent release of Captain Marvel, that includes a whopping 21 movies. It started with Ironman and goes right up to the present day. As it turns out, we could have been earning a little money while watching these movies.

That's because CableTV.com is offering $1000 to one lucky MCU fan willing to watch the first 20 MCU films back to back to back to back...you get the picture. The only movie you won't have to watch is Captain Marvel since it is still in theaters. You can apply via CableTV.com's website and as you might imagine, there are a few hoops you need to jump through in order to be eligible.

First of all, you must be over 18 and a US citizen. You must also include 200 words on why you are the right person for the role. If you are the lucky chosen one, your quest to watch all 20 movies will begin on April 15 and presumably need to be done before Endgame is released on April 26. You will also be required to live tweet your experience and tag CableTV.com in all of those tweets.

The biggest question for us is whether the winner is allowed to sleep or not. The combined runtime of all 20 movies comes to a total of more than 40 hours. The application does say that the winning applicant will be allowed to sleep, although the words "Team No Sleep" are in there too. Last but not least, as if $1000 to watch Marvel movies isn't enough, CableTV.com will also supply you with a boatload of Marvel merch to boot.
