10 Andy Comes For Monique
During the most recent season 5 reunion of the Real Housewives Of Potomac, Andy Cohen came under fire for being incredibly biased towards Monique Samuels. Although Cohen claimed he remained professional at the time, fans disagree.
Following Samuels' physical altercation with co-star, Candiace Dillard, Andy put Monique on blast during the reunion, asking her why she wasn't showing more emotions, essentially pointing to the fact that she was no remorseful for her actions, despite making it clear that she was. Andy went on to badger the RHOP star for answers, which led viewers to feel as if he was solely siding with Candiace.
9 Carole Gets Fired
When season 12 of the Real Housewives of New York City wrapped up, Andy Cohen found himself at odds with former housewife, Carole Radziwill. Fans have accused Cohen of being biased when it comes to his close relationship with Bethenny Frankel, who feuded with Radziwill before her exit from the show.
During the reunion, Carole felt as if Andy was sticking up for Bethenny, so much that she told Andy he's "full of sh*t" and asked if he too is scared of Bethenny. This obviously didn't go over well considering Carole was fired from the series afterward.
8 Kyle's Way Or The Highway
It appears as if Andy playing favorites has definitely gotten under fans' skin. The Bravo exec is known to have a close relationship with RHOBH cast member, Kyle Richards, so much that she was the very first housewife to meet his son, Benjamin.
Well, fans have had it! After years and years of Kyle coming for her co-stars, including Carlton Gebbia, Lisa Vanderpump, and Brandi Glanville, it seems as if Andy has made his stance clear when it comes to his loyalty to Kyle, as viewers accuse him of never holding her accountable. Fans have gone on to say that Kyle has production in her pocket, as she's been able to get away with quite a lot scot-free.
7 Comparing Brandi To A What?
Andy Cohen's loyalty to many housewives, including Kyle Richards runs so deep that he has referred to Brandi Glanville as a "dog." While context is important in this matter, it's safe to say that Cohen did not remain neutral when it came to Glanville's feud with Kyle and Lisa Vanderpump.
Andy went on to compare Brandi's behavior to that of a "dog" playing around but taking things too far. Brandi didn't stand for it for a single moment, retorting back "f*ck you!" to Andy.
6 Tamra's Plastic Surgery
In 2017, former Real Housewives Of Orange County star, Tamra Judge made an appearance on Watch What Happens Live where she revealed that she had a facelift only two weeks prior to her time on the talk show.
Well, during her interview, Tamra went on to say that she and Shannon Beador had a procedure done using "foreskin" all before Andy cut her off to let her know "this is a family show" all while making a face of embarrassment.
Fans called the host out for never allowing Housewives stars to be racy on his talk show, as he allegedly doesn't consider them "real celebrities" but has let countless others, including Joan Rivers say whatever it is they wish. Additionally, Andy is known for perpetually asking his quests if they have ever "taken a dip in the lady pond" leaving fans annoyed over his pick and choose attitude.
5 Biased Regrets
In 2020, Bravo and Evolution Media cut ties with 6 cast members from the hit show, Vanderpump Rules. While a few firings affect cast newbies, it was OG stars Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute, and Jax Taylor's exit that shocked fans the most. Considering the reason behind their firing was due to racist allegations against them, Andy went on to reveal that he actually regrets having fired them.
Well, fans were quick to call him out for excusing their past racist behavior and regretting his decision, all while having fired Phaedra Parks, Porsha Williams, and NeNe Leakes with absolutely no regrets.
4 Political Disagreements
Andy Cohen has made his stance as a democrat very known when it comes to Real Housewives reunions and Watch What Happens Live. So, when the RHOC reunion aired a few months back, fans picked up on him having major beef with Kelly Dodd, whose political beliefs do not line up with that of Andy's.
The reunion host grilled Kelly on her stance when it came to the Covid-19 situation and her opinion on mask regulations. Fans noted that Cohen disapproved of Kelly's responses and made his reaction very evident during filming.
3 The Denise Takedown
Season 10 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was certainly a tough one to watch! The entire cast harped on a rumor spread by Brandi Glanville, who wasn't even a cast member on the show, that pointed to Denise Richards not only cheating on her husband but possibly being bisexual.
During the reunion, Andy found himself under fire by fans who claimed he sided far too much with the ladies, who continued to attempt a Denise takedown. In addition to his bias being on full blast, the host rarely let Richards get a word in before Lisa Rinna barked even more accusations regarding her character. Viewers weren't happy with the way the Bravo exec handled the entire situation, claiming that he was discrediting Denise far too much.
2 Did NeNe Have It Right?
NeNe Leakes was fired from the Real Housewives of Atlanta last year, however, she didn't exit quietly. The former RHOA star took to social media to put Andy and his bias on blast, claiming he does not support black women and continues to profit off of the manipulation and badgering of the RHOA cast.
NeNe's claims regarding racism in the Bravo sphere was later backed up by her sharing a photo of Kyle Richards, Ramona Singer, and Teresa Giudice, all original housewives from their respective franchises, claiming that Andy favors white Housewives stars after offering them full-time status while only giving her six-episodes during her final season. Yikes!
1 Protecting Lisa Rinna
It comes as no surprise that Andy continues to protect certain housewives over others. Well, when a photo of Lisa Rinna and her husband, Harry Hamlin resurfaced from a few Halloween's back of Hamlin sporting a Nazi costume with a swastika in full view.
Andy previously gave Vanderpump Rules star, Stassi Schroeder an earful for her "Nazi chic" photo, all while giving a pass to Harry Hamlin. Fans accused him of having such a double standard over the fact that he excused Hamlin's costume rather than holding him accountable for his highly anti-semitic choice in apparel.
