Calling it a career from the NFL, there is no doubt that Tom Brady will be more than okay, especially with his endorsement deals alone. Heck, the football legend already wasted no time in his next step, signing a film deal for 'Eighty for Brady'.

Along with his work life post-NFL, Brady will be very busy at home, managing his three kids, John Edward, Vivian Lake and Benjamin Brady. Given his busy lifestyle and intense training, he'll be looking forward to the dad life and helping out his wife Gisele.

It also seems as though he might be taking a big interest for his son Jack Edward's future. We'll take a deeper look at their relationship and if Tom was his son to walk in his gigantic footsteps.

Tom Brady Is Co-Parenting His Son Jack With Ex-Wife Bridget Moynahan

His firstborn caused some controversy back in 2007, given that Tom and Bridget Moynahan had broken up at the time, and that they were expecting a child. Tom was already dating Gisele, the timeline turned out to be a confusing one.

It is said that Tom was at the hospital during the birth of his son, though Brady's time at the hospital was apparently limited. As time went on, the co-parenting worked out quite well, as the two former partners kept a good relationship, which also included Gisele.

Despite the fact that Brady doesn't see his son all the time, they still managed to maintain a close relationship, taking trips together.

“You know what, it was a great trip for a dad and a son at about 10 years old. I mean, it’s pretty, pretty amazing just to be together. I had a couple other trips with my dad when I was young, so it’s probably more special for me than him, but he’ll remember it. That’s pretty sweet," Brady stated discussing his trip to China.

Nowadays, Brady is done with football, and it seems as though spending quality family time is a big reason as to why.

A Big Reason For Tom Brady Retiring Was To Spend More Time With His Family

Speaking alongside Us Magazine, Tom Brady stated that his wife has been a major reason for their children's development over the years, especially given his busy football schedule. The QB did state that he wanted to give his wife time to work on her goals, while he helped out and stepped in.

“My wife has held down the house for a long time now.”

“I think there are things that she wants to accomplish. She hasn’t worked much in the last 10, 12 years while raising our family and committing to a life in Boston and then moving to Florida [when I signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers]. That’s an issue.”

Tom would further state late last year that he wasn't all that thrilled with missing many moments with the kids.

“I don’t want to miss any of the kids’ stuff. …It’s a little teeter-totter from time to time, and I’m trying, like all of us, to do the best we can do based on the circumstances.”

Given his recent retirement, surely Brady will be spending more time alongside his family. Perhaps, he'll be spending more time on the field alongside his son Jack...

Tom Brady Wants His Son Jack To Walk In His Footsteps And Play Football

Tom Brady enjoyed the Michigan Wolverines back in December alongside his son Jack. Following the game, Tom made quite the statement, stating that he wants to see his son on that very stage one day.

"I had a little future Wolverine, my son Jack, sitting on the bed with me as I was jumping around, and we were wrestling, and I said, ‘That's where you're gonna be! You're gonna be in the ‘Big House' someday. You're gonna be the starting quarterback for Michigan."

As for Gisele, it doesn't seem like she's necessarily onboard with what Tom had to say. The model is of a different mindset that the kids should be the ones to decide what they do, without the influence of their dad.

"And my wife [Gisele] was like, ‘Just let him be what he wants to be for god's sakes!'" Tom recalled about Jack's stepmom. "It was a great day for our family."

Given that Tom's now retired, maybe he'll continue to steer his son into his footsteps - though in truth, it'll come with a lot of pressure given his dad's legacy as one of the greats.
