Tori Spelling used to be a media darling, but that was years ago. In the past decade or so, she's largely fallen out of favor with fans (and critics).
Some fans have been upset about Tori's behavior online, especially since she's a public figure. So there may be critics lurking to prod her about denying plastic surgery allegations all these years.
Most Of The Tori Spelling Plastic Surgery Rumors Aren't True
A couple of years ago, Tori spoke up about her plastic surgery experiences. She explained that for a long time, people thought that she'd had "extensive work done." But, the star says, that's simply not true.
In fact, her dad, Aaron Spelling, had enough experience in the industry to remind Tori not to worry about the rumors. He always thought they would go away after a while.
But the rumors didn't quit, as Tori elaborated that the rumor mill started up when she was 17, and it hasn't stopped. So ultimately, she wanted to be clear about what procedures she has undergone -- and hopefully put an end to all the whispering.
Tori Spelling Has Had Some Plastic Surgery
When discussing the lengths that the media goes to accuse her of getting plastic surgery, Tori Spelling noted that she's only had two procedures. She didn't discuss them in explicit detail, but she alleged that she's "literally had [her] nose done and [her] boobs done, and that's it."
Admittedly, Tori and her husband Dean have a significant enough combined net worth that paying for her plastic surgery is no big deal. So if she didn't get the results she wanted the first time, it's possible she had multiple procedures within the "getting things done" scope.
Still, Spelling says she's only had those two areas of her body modified. So the plastic surgery trolls need to back off.
Even Her Kids Noticed A Change In Appearance
While she defended herself against rumors of more intensive plastic surgery, Tori Spelling did laugh about that time she showed her kids 'Beverly Hills, 90210' reruns. She noted that her kids couldn't find her in the show.
However, Tori maintains that her hair color was different then, which could have thrown them off. But she can't deny that she does look different today. As even non-celebs know, though, weight changes, age, and a ton of other factors (like nose jobs) can change someone's appearance drastically.
Besides, Tori's not admitting to any more than she already has. She says it's "fun to own it" when people poke fun at her or accuse her of body modifications she hasn't had. Though she probably hopes the speculation will finally end.
