Well-known model Shanna Moakler recently admitted that a comment she "liked" on Instagram that threw shade at Kourtney Kardashian, who is now dating her ex-husband, Travis Barker, was "a complete accident."

Moakler and the Blink-182 drummer were married in 2004, and had their own MTV series titled Meet the Barkers, which chronicled their lives while raising their two children, Landon and Alabama. However, the couple divorced four years later.

Fast forward to today: The reality star 'liked' a comment on one of her Instagram photos which read, "Shhhiiiiii that broad don't got nothin' on you. Travis downgraded big time," which was referring to the Keeping Up With the Kardashian star, who made her relationship with Barker "Instagram official" two weeks ago.

Moakler told Us Weekly, "It was just a complete accident that I 'liked' it. A lot of times I'm on my social media, I 'like' all the fans' comments. I just kind of go down and heart everything and I didn't even read that comment."

She added, "I didn't even know I 'liked' it until the press picked it up and it was all over the place. It was just kind of an unfortunate event, but I definitely wasn't trying to start a social media war!"

Moakler also gave an explanation on another comment she shared on her Instagram Stories that read, "Stop complaining about your life. There are people out there dating your ex."

While her comments had fans believing it was about Barker, Moakler admitted it was "about a different ex," stating, "It wasn't about Travis and Kourtney at all."

Even though the social media comments may have implied that Moakler wasn't in favor of her ex's budding romance with Kardashian,

"Really at the end of the day, I haven't been with my ex-husband in over a decade. I have a boyfriend that I'm super happy with and I'm happy he found a girlfriend and a friend. He deserves to be happy as well. I want nothing but the best for him and my kids - that's the most important thing for me," Moakler stated.
