The issues between Bam Margera and Paramount, Johnny Knoxville, and Spike Jones has just been escalated to an whole new level. Bam Margera has just revealed that he has filed suit against those named parties, alleging a wrongful dismissal, and citing that he was coerced into signing his wellness agreement, without having had an opportunity to seek counsel.

The now washed-up star was released from his role in the Jackass franchise, and has since been rebelling against all that were involved in that decision. Fans think that this time, he has taken things way too far.

Given his extreme issues with erratic behavior, substance abuse and addiction, all of which prevented him from properly executing his job, fans think Margera should sit back down and walk back this legal action, before making an even bigger spectacle of himself.

Bam Margera Heats Things Up With A Law Suit

When Bam Margera was dropped from Jackass, he initially lashed out to state that he thought of his colleagues as 'family' and was stunned that they would do this to him. He expressed rage, as well as deep sadness, claiming that they abandoned him and mistreated him during his time of need.

Many spoke up by using examples to demonstrate the many ways they tried to reach out to him in his time of need, and the numerous interventions that were offered to him to overcome his addictions.

This all fell on deaf ears. Bam insisted that he was wronged in this process, and now he's changing his tune from that of feeling angry and abandoned to a much bolder, more brazen approach, taking legal action and preparing for battle.
