A male flight attendant decided to pay homage to the company and brand he had called home for years by performing the safety video dance on his last flight as a Virgin America employee. His flair, style, and enthusiasm are infectious. There is no way to ignore the safety rules with this guy dancing up and down the aisles. He is amazing.

The airline's infamous video is more entertaining and enthusiastic about safety than other airlines, so his tribute was a perfect way to end Virgin America's run. Last year Alaska Airlines bought the struggling airline known for its colorful mood lighting, upbeat music, and, of course, its safety video. It was revealed Alaska Airlines would completely rebrand Virgin America but promised to keep the airline's flare.

Mikey Tongko-Burry has become a viral sensation after several passengers posted his performance on social media. Passengers gave a shootout to the dancing flight attendant for paying tribute to the Virgin America brand and entertaining them as well. Tongko-Burry earned positive comments and praise on social media. "Turns out it's @mikeytburry -- not all heroes wear capes! Ty Mikey for making our flights awesome", tweeted @hunterwalk who posted the original video of the dancing flight attendant.

Tongko-Burry also used social media to not only thank everyone for their wonderful comments, but for showing Virgin America some love during its final days. He posted a collage of photos, admitting how nostalgic he was as he prepared for his new journey with Alaska Airlines.

Although the Virgin America brand was dissolved back in April, there are still some changes that have yet to take place. These include potentially altering the iconic safety video and merging the employees.

One Twitter user said it best as he remarked on the post "Great to watch something Airline-related that doesn't feature someone getting forced off a flight!". And frankly, we could not agree more. It was terrific to see so much happiness and joy as Tongko-Burry not only entertained passengers but said goodbye in the most refreshing way.

Best of luck to you Mikey Tongko-Burry, maybe you can come up with a fun dance for the Alaska Airlines safety video and keep entertaining people, you are clearly very good at it!
