The Real Housewives Of New York is easily one of the biggest franchises of the Bravo bunch! The show has spanned a whopping 13 seasons and has seen a handful of 'wives come and go since the first season.

After Bethenny Frankel's departure after season 3, Bravo brought in the newest brunette, mom of twins, and salon owner, Cindy Barshop. Although she got on well with LuAnn de Lesseps, Jill Zarin, and Kelly Bensimon, Cindy wasn't all that liked by fans or the other resident blondes.

Her lack of connection with much of the group ended up leading Cindy to become a one-season wonder as she was fired after a single go! Well, it's officially been a decade since we've last seen Cindy, and fans are curious as to where she is today.

What Happened To Cindy Barshop?

Cindy Barshop joined the RHONY series in its fourth season and things didn't go as planned. While Bravo was urgently looking to replace Bethenny Frankel after her departure, it seemed as if Cindy would make a great replacement, but fans felt otherwise.

Although she was a hopeful choice, Cindy didn't really bring much to the show. Other than her brief feud with Sonja Morgan, Barshop was not necessarily Housewives material.

The star did, in fact, make for a great character. Newborn twins, single mother, businesswoman, and of course, a lot of money, however, it didn't seem to be enough for Cindy to stick around.

The salon owner left the series after a single season and perhaps it was for the best. Since then, Cindy has gone on to expand her spa services across the nation and has opened a brand new women's health spa in New York City called VSPOT Medi Spa, and is set to open another in the Hamptons.

According to the VSPOT website, they specialize in services from "lasers, tightening, radiofrequency, orgasm shot, lightening and femilift," to name a few!

Cindy has also maintained close relationships with a number of the ladies, including Jill Zarin and fellow RHONY "friend of" Barbara Kavovit, whom Cindy sees quite frequently!

Cindy continues to raise her twins in the Big Apple, however, news broke back in 2019 that Jesse, one of her twins, came out as transgender! Cindy discussed the news with People, where she revealed that "nothing's really changed" when it comes to her family dynamic.

That very year, Cindy introduced her fans and followers to the new love of her life, Jay Cardiello, who is a health professional. Considering the two work in similar industries, it appears as if their coupling was a match made in heaven.

The two hit it off and actually became engaged last year! Cindy shares a plethora of photos of the two on her Instagram, showcasing that she now truly has it all.
