They Married In A Secret Wedding Ceremony

After 10 months of dating, the pair got married in a private ceremony in Hawaii and shared the news with the world via posts on their respective Twitter accounts.

Prior to the nuptials, the duo has kept their relationship private but were reportedly dropping hints in a flirty exchange of tweets.

Per PEOPLE, the Shazam star revealed "Nobody can prepare you for marriage. Marriage is a whole other animal! With dating you can be ‘Hey, it’s not working out,’ and you’re out. But marriage, you make a commitment. The easy outs you don’t have anymore. You’re responsible for another person’s life as they are yours."

The Pair Split After Less Than A year Of Wedded Bliss

The lovebirds' happily ever after came to a screeching halt after a few months of marriage. It came as a shock to many people who rooted for the extremely private pair to make it. Their marriage was seemingly going well, but some people claimed that Zachary's insight on marriage prior to the split could have been a sign that there was trouble in Paradise.

TMZ reported, "Less than a year after "Chuck" star Zachary Levi and Missy Peregrym shocked their fans by getting secretly married in Hawaii last June ... the couple is now headed for divorce."

The famous exes had a secret divorce and the process was reportedly amicable. Neither Zachary nor Missy had requested spousal support and there was no community property.

"Missy was the one who filed in L.A. last week, and the docs make it sound like this is gonna be pretty amicable. According to Missy, neither of them wants spousal support, and there's no community property ... so, no reason to squabble over it."

It was reported that Missy had been the one that filed for divorce, she cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split.

"Missy, who's on "Rookie Blue," lists their date of separation as December 3 ... which means things got rocky before they even hit the six-month mark. "

Missy Is Now Married To Tom Oakley

It's been ages since the famous exes went their separate ways, while Zachary is currently single, Missy is married to actor Tom Oakley and the pair have a child together. In an interview with Access Live in 2019, the Chuck alum revealed that he was single, loving himself, and working on himself. He also revealed that he was waiting for the right woman to enter his life.

"Honestly, I’ve been in this really kind of, very good, healthy moment of just, I don’t know, being with me. Loving myself. Working on myself. Getting stronger and healthier and waiting for that right woman to enter my life."

Missy on the other hand, found love again! The FBI star married Tom Oakley in an intimate private ceremony. In true Missy fashion, the details of both their relationship and nuptials have been kept out of the spotlight for the most part.

According to PEOPLE a source revealed, "It was an intimate and fun evening shared with family and close friends." the source further added, "typical of Missy and Tom, there was an enormous amount of love and a lot of laughter."

The lovebirds welcomed a son named Otis Paradis Oakley in 2020, Missy shared both the news of her pregnancy and the birth of their son on her Instagram account.

Neither Zachary nor Missy have ever addressed their split but it's evident that they've both moved on with their lives and are each in a happy place in their lives.
