What is it like to work for Lindsay Lohan? In a word? Hell.

Okay. She was a cute child star in Disney's The Parent TrapIn her teen years, she had movie hits with Freaky Friday and Mean GirlsThen we have the feuding-with-dad, drunken, rehab, jail, and arrest warrant Lindsay. Hollywood canceled that Lindsay Lohan. Then, six or seven years ago, we saw the stage actress, clean-up-my-act Lohan. That was followed by the 'here I am in Greece running a resort on Mykonos island' version of LL.

And we are here to tell you that at every stage of her so-called careers, employees don't have much good to say about her. Words like "demanding", "unpredictable" and "unreasonable" get thrown around a lot. And most report that her temper and what they call her "mean girl" streak come to the fore way too often.

Let's have a look at what it's really like to work for Lindsay Lohan. It's not very nice. But then you probably aren't all that surprised. Drunk or sober she just doesn't seem to be very likable. And, even worse, she's proud of it.

Dealing With Her Temper And Her Self-Destructive Behavior

Jenni Munro was Lindsay's assistant in 2008. We'll skip right over the totally bizarre and inexplicable 911 call Jenni's mom made at 2:15 one morning. Seems an angry and out of control, Lindsay was chasing her. At 2:15 in the morning?

And we'll get to the point, with the telephone call Jenni reportedly made to Lindsay's dad Michael. At the time, Lindsay was dating dark and troubled DJ Samantha Ronson. This was at the height of Lindsay's drink and drug-fueled lifestyle. And Jenni told Michael that she wanted to quit because she feared Lindsay was, literally, killing herself. And she didn't want her to "die on my watch". Heavy stuff.

Let's fast forward to 2012. According to gawker.com, a drunken Lindsay crashed her Porsche but told the police her assistant had been driving. The police didn't believe her and arrested Lohan. Her loyal assistant then was a guy named Gavin Doyle. He bailed her out of jail and brought a car to whisk her away. Lohan's response? She angrily kicked the poor guy out and drove off, leaving him standing in front of the police station. He took to Twitter to call her out. He had just had enough.

She's A Mean Girl At Heart

In 2014, she fired her long-time P.A. Matthew Harrell, saying she couldn't afford him. He had stuck by her side through six stints in rehab. Never mind all that. He was out. Of course, when she got to London to fulfill some TV and theater commitments, she hired a new assistant. He ended up suing her. We'll get to that later.

And she's even worse with the staff of her Greek resort on Mykonos. She viciously threatened to fire two women because of the color of their shoes! Staff on the reality show Lindsay Lohan's Beach Club spoke of being "absolutely terrified" of her. Other resort staff members called her "demanding" and "unpredictable".

Lindsay proudly admits, "I like to test people." Read ambush, trap, put on the spot.

One employee endorses that opinion: “Lindsay comes out of nowhere and it really puts everybody on the spot. I feel like I’m going to throw up right now.”

And when one employee tried to speak up in protest, Lindsay cut her down, shouting: “Don’t speak over me, because I’m your boss.” It was shut up or take a hike.

In between threatening to fire people because of the color of their shoes or ambushing unsuspecting employees, Lindsay was granting interviews saying what a nice person she had become! Right...

Don't Expect To Get Paid

In 2014 Lindsay was in London, doing some TV and theater work. She hired an assistant by the name of Jesse Peckham. Only thing was, by the time she left London and was sunning herself in Greece with, rumor had it, a Saudi prince, Jesse Peckham was filing a lawsuit against her. Seems she had "forgotten" to pay him some $5,000.

It's a pretty juicy tale. Says The Mail on Sunday: "The case is expected to revolve around claims of Miss Lohan’s bizarre mood swings and ‘insane’ demands, which meant Mr. Peckham was forced to resign two months into the contract – for which he has never been paid. Mr. Peckham is understood to claim in court papers that the 29-year-old actress also insulted him."

Now, Lindsay Lohan has claimed that she has cleaned up her act and is sober. There's even talk of a comeback. But it's just pretty darn clear that drunk or sober, she's not the kind of person anybody would want to work for. She's a rare creature. Why? Because nobody, but nobody who has worked for her has a nice word to say about the experience of getting up close and personal with Lindsay Lohan.
