He later went on to land his breakout role, as Nathan west on ABCs General Hospital. He left the soap opera world after five years to pursue other prospects.

He is a motorcycle enthusiast who takes beautiful photographs on his adventures, Fortunate Wanderer was started as a photography business where he could sell prints of his amazing work. The business was later expanded to include his handmade jewelry and other items.
According to Soaps In Depth, Ryan revealed, "I’d missed using tools and working with my hands, and it made me happy to be doing that again. Now, I work at it daily, and the things I make have become increasingly more complex."
It's quite obvious that Paevey is insanely talented and has grown as an artist as is evident in the pictures he shares on his Instagram account. His pieces became more complex and intricate over time.
