Hugh recently posted a series of heartwarming photos onto his Instagram page earlier this week commemorating his 25th wedding anniversary with his wife, Deborra Lee-Furness.

Considering this tidbit of info regarding the actor's married life took many by surprise, it's only fitting to wonder just how Deborra Lee-Furness really is. Well, it turns out Deborra is no stranger to the entertainment industry.
Deborra is a film actor, director, and screenwriter, however, most of her work takes place in Australia, where both she and Hugh are from.
Furness began her career back in the late '80s on the film Shame before finding herself as the lead in on-screen flicks such as Correlli, Jindabyne, and Standing Room Only, to name a few.
The duo had originally met back in 1995 when they both appeared on the Aussie drama, Correlli together. Hugh made it clear that upon meeting Deborra, he had never felt so comfortable with someone else.
"Literally from day one, Deb and I had that feeling," he said in response to whether or not he knew he and Deborra were right together. "It was like a relief. I could just be myself. I am not saying we don't ever dress up or impress each other, but being comfortable is a key."
