Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony were without a doubt the "it" couple during their glory days! Although they appeared to be the perfect couple, things simply didn't work out between the two. Despite sharing a 10-year marriage, JLo and Marc were no longer happy towards the end and officially parted ways.
During their time together, the two singers shared twins Maximilian David Muñiz and Emme Maribel Muñiz. While we know Emme loves herself the spotlight, after having performed with her mom on tour and on the Superbowl stage, however, what's up with Maximilian? The 12-year-old isn't as adamant about being in the limelight, but what else is there to Max? Let's find out!
A Mini Marc Anthony
After giving birth in February 2008, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony became one of the most talked-about families in Hollywood, however, it seems as if the same questions were bouncing around. Will the twins grow up to follow in mom and dad's footsteps? Well, Emme certainly has! JLo and Marc Anthony's daughter, Emme Muñiz, has shown quite a liking to music.
The 12-year-old toured with mommy dearest throughout her "It's My Party Tour" during the summer of 2019. The duo sang "Limitless" together on stage, which wouldn't be the last time the two shared a musical moment together. Emme also joined mom on stage during her 2020 SuperBowl performance, making it clear that she is bringing the same energy as JLo is, however, what about Maximilian?
Max, as JLo refers to him, has also taken a liking to the arts, just not as much as Emme! Maximilian was spotted singing "Riptide" by Vance Joy on JLo's Instagram while sister Emme strummed along with a guitar. Although he is showing signs of musicality, it seems to be stemming from his dad, Marc Anthony.
When it comes to Emme, there is no denying that she is just like her mom, however, when it comes to Max, he is certainly a mini Marc Anthony. Jennifer Lopez described her son, Max, as being "kind of off the charts, lots of energy, super funny" she said. Fans have been able to get a feel of Max's personality during his red carpet appearances with mom and dad, and JLo's description certainly isn't lying.
In addition to his quick Instagram singing cameo, Max is also taking piano and voice lessons! JLo says the two are "mini-entertainers" and we don't doubt it for one second. Jennifer isn't the only one sharing the love, Marc Anthony has mentioned just how big a heart Maximilian has and how incredible his sense of humor is. So, not only is Max musical, but he's also funny, intelligent, and disciplined.
Although JLo and Marc try their best to shelter their twins from too much of the spotlight, they continue to share some of the most adorable videos and photos on their respective social media. While there's still plenty of time for Maximilian to find his groove, we are totally loving how JLo and Marc have raised him!
