Dua Lipa's Future Nostalgia Tour kicked off in February in the U.S. and is set to travel around the world until November 2022. It is in support of her album of the same name and has been postponed numerous times, due to the pandemic. However, Lipa is not the only one who takes the stage during the night. She has various opening acts that should be highlighted.

Lipa has different opening acts for different legs of the tour, all women who get the crowd hyped up for her to take the stage, along with showcasing their own music.

While fans come to see the main act, the opening acts are just as important. However, you might not know much about the opening acts, so why not learn about them before going to see them? Who are the women who are opening for Dua Lipa's Future Nostalgia tour? Here's what we know.

6 Caroline Polachek

Joining Dua Lipa on the North American leg is Caroline Polachek. The 36-year-old was born in New York City, but raised in Connecticut. She co-founded the indie band, Chairlift, who produced the sleeper hit, "Bruises." During that time, Polachek worked on two solo projects- Ramona Lisa and CEP. Unfortunately, Chairlift disbanded in 2017. Two years later, she released her debut studio album, Pang, under her real name. Polachek released "Bunny Is A Rider" in 2021 and right before tour started, she released her single, "Billions," which she performs on tour. She is also touring by herself in between Lipa's tour dates.

5 Lolo Zouai

Lolo Zouai is also joining Dua Lipa on the North American leg. She was born in France, but moved to San Francisco when she was three months old. Zouai released her debut EP, Ocean Beach, in 2019, followed by her debut album, High Highs to Low Lows, the same year. The next year, she released another EP called Beautiful Lies. Zouai also wrote the song, "Still Down" for H.E.R.. The album it was featured on later went on to win a Grammy Award.

4 Megan Thee Stallion

If you recognize any of the opening acts on this tour, it will probably be Megan The Stallion. Although she is only joining Dua Lipa on three dates of the North American tour, she is still worthy of being covered. She released her debut album, Good News, in 2020, but gained popularity when she released the remix of the song, "Savage" featuring Beyonce. She got her first number one single when she was featured on Cardi B's song, "WAP." In 2021, Megan released a compilation album, Something For Thee Hotties, which spawned the single, "Thot Sh**." Megan has received many awards for her work including a Grammy Award.

3 Griff

Griff is an English singer and songwriter. In 2019, she released her debut single, "Mirror Talk." Her debut EP of the same name was also released that year. At the 2021 Brit Awards, Griff was named the Rising Star and became one of the youngest winners of this category at just 20 years old. Later in 2021, she released her debut mixtape, One Foot In Front Of The Other, which was met with critical and commercial success. She will join Dua Lipa on the European leg.

2 Angele

Angele will join Dua Lipa on tour for her two London dates. She is a Belgium singer/songwriter, musician, actress, pianist and record producer. Angele released her debut single, "La Loi de Murphy," in 2017 and received millions of views on YouTube. She released two more singles before dropping her debut album, Brol, in October 2018. In addition to joining her on tour, Angele collaborated with Lipa on the 2020 song, "Fever," which was featured on a deluxe edition of Future Nostalgia. The song is performed on tour with a video of the Belgium singer. In 2021, she made her acting debut in Annette.

1 Tove Lo

Tove Lo will join Dua Lipa for three shows- Lithuania, Finland and Norway. She is a Swedish singer, songwriter and actress. Tove Lo released her debut album, Queen of the Clouds, in 2014, which featured the sleeper hit, "Habits (Stay High)" and "Talking Body." Her second album, Lady Wood, was released in 2016. The lead single, "Cool Girl," became an international hit. Her next two albums, Blue Lips (2017) and Sunshine Kitty (2019), also performed well.

Tove Lo has been nominated for many awards and has co-written songs for many artists including Ellie Goulding's "Love Me Like You Do" and Lorde's "Homemade Dynamite." She has collaborated with many artists including Nick Jonas, Coldplay, Ava Max, Alesso and more.
