'Shark Tank' is a huge success, with 13 seasons and 274 episodes in the books. However, during its early stages, the future was not sure for the show. They struggled to find a standout face until Mark Cuban joined the cast of 'sharks'.

However, the truth is, even getting Mark onboard was not a guarantee. The show wasn't keen on his history and it is said that his contract offer wasn't the best at the start. Thankfully, it all worked out and the show turned into a must-watch, feel-good story on a weekly basis. In truth, it is regarded as the new type of 'TGIF'.

The 'sharks' on the show are more than established, with very deep pockets and that also includes the guest 'sharks'. Throughout the article, we'll take a look at their net worths, which differentiate from $4.5 billion to $100 million. Despite the different net worths, these 'sharks' aren't afraid to make an investment, as we've seen on the show in the past.

Mark Cuban Is The Wealthiest And It Isn't Even Close

When it comes to the race at the very top, the battle isn't even close. Kevin O'Leary, sits in second with an incredible net worth of $400 million, in large part, thanks to his prowess in the world of software.

However, at the very top, is none other than Mark Cuban, with a tremendous net worth of $4.5 billion.

Of course, the world of tech turned out to be Cuban's coming out, he would expand on that wealth thanks to his role as the owner of the NBA's Dallas Mavericks.

Mark is a major part of the show's success and as we've seen in the past, he's usually the popular 'shark', especially when it comes to the entrepreneurs on the show. To think that he almost wasn't cast, not only was the network hesitant to bring him in but in addition, they gave an extremely low offer to appear on the show.

Thanks to leaked emails, Mark's reaction was published to the masses and as you can expect, he was none too pleased. Thankfully, he made it onto the show, and success followed for the program, with no end coming anytime soon.

Robert And Daymond Are In The Middle

Both Robert and Daymond are slacking either when it comes to their net worths. Robert has been on reality TV for quite some time, starting with his 'Dragons' Den' days out in Canada. His father moved to North America with nothing and it is clear, his son made him proud, building a cybersecurity company worth millions.

As for Daymond John, he's slightly above Robert, with a worth of $350 million. His coming-out party turned out to be 'FUBU', which started off as a $40 investment. He managed to turn the clothing company into a $6 billion business.

According to Robert alongside CNBC, both he and Daymond agree, the secret to success all comes down to the willingness to adapt.

“The Sharks and most successful entrepreneurs I’ve met aren’t always the smartest, the brightest, the tallest. But you know what they are? They’re adaptable,” Herjavec says.

“You put me in the middle of a jungle and I’ll figure out two things,” he says. “One, what the rules are, and two, how to survive.”

“If you can adapt, you can figure out the game and you can succeed,” Herjavec says. “The world will not be won by the strong or the educated; it will be won by those who can adapt and evolve.”

Some wise words by the entrepreneurs, who continue to adapt and add to their fortunes, especially thanks to 'Shark Tank'.

Barbara Corcoran Is At The Bottom

At the bottom of the list is none other than Barbara Corcoran, according to Yahoo Finance, she has a worth of $100 million. That's nothing to scoff at and in truth, coming in last on such a list really doesn't mean much, given the net worths of the entire cast.

Barbara has a great story, she left her waitressing job and managed to turn a $1,000 loan, into one of the top brokerage companies in the world. A pretty good turnaround, to say the least.

Just above Barbara is Lori Grenier, who sits at $150 million.

Grenier made a fortune thanks to inventions, in addition, she marketed over 800 products and that number continues to go up.

She's always a sought-after 'shark', especially for those that are selling a product via TV platforms.

It is quite the established cast, to say the least, from top to bottom.
