In the 1990s, Macaulay Culkin was among the most prominent child actors thanks to his performance in 'Home Alone'.

The young actor plays Kevin McCallister in the beloved Christmas classic, a role that earned him a Golden Globe nod and secured him a bunch of other acting credits, including in 'My Girl' (yes, still sobbing over that one).

With one of his parents in the industry — his father Kit is a former stage actor — it was only natural that Macaulay and his siblings took an interest in acting for a living, despite not all of them decided to make a living out of it. As Culkin had been away from the scenes for a while before returning in 'American Horror Story: Double Feature' last year, some of his siblings have never left, becoming some of the most recognizable faces in Hollywood.

7 Kieran Culkin, Too, Starred In 'Home Alone'

As far as acting goes, Kieran Culkin has had quite a few projects under his belt since his very first onscreen appearance.

One of the stars of HBO hit drama 'Succession,' Kieran had his first acting credit in 'Home Alone' alongside his brother Macaulay. In the festive comedy, Kieran played Kevin's cousin Fuller McCallister, a role he reprised for the sequel, 'Home Alone 2: Lost in New York'.

He also starred in both 'Father of the Bride' films opposite Steve Martin, got the role of Simon Boggs in teen rom-com 'She's All That' alongside Rachael Leigh Cook and that of Buster in 'The Cider House Rules,' boasting a star-studded cast: Tobey Maguire, Michael Caine, Paul Rudd and Charlize Theron.

As an adult, Kieran starred on beloved cult 'Scott Pilgrim vs. The World' in the role of Wallace Wells, Michael Cera's Scott's gay and way less awkward roommate.

6 Kieran Plays Roman Roy In 'Succession'

Kieran has several TV acting credits to his name. Following his short-lived series 'Go Fish' in 2001, the actor returned to the small screen 14 years later with the second season of FX thriller 'Fargo,' in which he played Rye Gerhardt.

Since 2018, Kieran has starred in HBO drama 'Succession' as Roman Roy, a role that earned him critical acclaim and accolades, as well as three consecutive Golden Globe nominations.

5 Rory Culkin Starred In The 'Scream' Franchise

Like his older brothers, Rory Culkin has also decided to pursue a career in acting.

In 1994, he appeared as a younger Richie Rich, whose older version is played by his brother Macaulay, in the teen comedy of the same name. He also starred in 'Signs' opposite Mel Gibson and Abigail Breslin.

Among his more adult roles, Rory appeared in the fourth film in the 'Scream' franchise as film buff Charlie Walker. Recently, he has taken the role of The Intruder in another horror film, 'The Last Thing Mary Saw,' released in 2021.

As for his TV roles, Rory has portrayed late director Joel Schumacher in biopic series 'Halston' and is in the cast of 'Under the Banner of Heaven' alongside 'The Amazing Spider-Man' star Andrew Garfield and 'Normal People' protagonist Daisy Edgar-Jones.

4 Shane Culkin Tried Acting At A Young Age

Like his other siblings, Macaulay's older brother Shane also went into acting at a young age.

His only known acting credit, as per IMDb, is an episode of television series 'Great Performances' titled 'Our Town' and aired in 1989, in which he played the character of Wally Webb.

It doesn't seem like Shane continued pursuing acting after this role.

3 Quinn Culkin Shared The Screen With Macaulay

Macaulay's younger sister Quinn has, much like some of her other siblings, shared the screen with the 'Home Alone' star.

Quinn has a small uncredited role as a girl at the airport in 'Home Alone'. Additionally, she and Macaulay played siblings Connie and Henry in 1993 psychological thriller 'The Good Son,' also starring Elijah Wood as protagonist Mark.

In 1991, Quinn lent her voice to Katie McClary in animated in TV series 'Wish Kid,' also starring Macaulay as Nick McClary.

2 Christian Culkin And Kieran Starred In The Same Movie

With a family of actors, it is very common for two or more siblings to have shared the screen on occasion.

In 1994, Macaulay's younger brother Christian starred in the aptly titled film 'It Runs in the Family' together with Kieran, in the roles of Randy and Ralph Parker respectively.

It is Christian's only acting credit, according to his IMDb page.

1 Macaulay's Late Sister Dakota Didn't Pursue Acting

Macaulay Culkin's older sister Dakota tragically died after being hit by a car in 2008. It doesn't appear that she had pursued a career in acting prior to her death.

Years after she passed away, Macaulay decided to honor Dakota by naming his son after her. The 'Home Alone' star welcomed a baby boy with his girlfriend, Brenda Song, in 2021.

"We're overjoyed," the couple said in a statement after the birth of their first son.

Macaulay and Song have been in a relationship since 2015. They both starred on 2019 movie 'Changeland,' directed by 'Buffy The Vampire Slayer' alum Seth Green and also featuring Green and Breckin Meyer.
