Kate Upton and her hubby Justin Verlander have landed themselves in hot water recently. While they do have every right to enjoy a vacation as long as they respect Covid guidelines, it is still concerning when their respective country is still dealing with cases arising and thousands dying from the virus. As the couple enjoyed their time at Turks and Caicos Islands, a small number of fans are upset to see Kate and Justin not wearing masks.
The couple went to one of the island's most famous spots, Da Conch Shack, and even if fans commented on how envious and happy they are for them to enjoy a fantastic vacation spot, there is a small and loud minority who criticized the couple for not wearing masks. @rngn.flybasar34 and @svenhamburgerjung took note and commented on where their masks are and disapproving of them not wearing it.
However, some people are just not able to read the caption as it heavily states that Kate was daydreaming about her past vacation. That is what fans did in response to the comments. It is still important to be reminded since we're in the middle of a pandemic, but reading the room is still needed before making assumptions.
